This was my third time visiting chick-fil-a. The first time I had the regular chicken sandwich. The second time I had the breakfast chicken biscuit thing and the most recent visit I had the number three which was the spicy chicken sandwich with their potatoe fries. All times my experience here have been good! The chicken here is always so tender and juicy. The spicy chicken sandwich is probably my favorite so far. Very simple, but full of flavor. The fries were alright. They weren’t as good or memorable as McDonald’s fries, but they pair well with the sandwich. The food isn’t restaurant quality, but it’s not as cheap as McDonald’s, Burger king or the average«value menu» fast food joint. You can taste the quality here! The price seems to be right depending on how you look at it. I think it’s ok since the quality is there(our meal was 13 bucks & some change for 2 combos). The only downfall is ITISALWAYSBUSYHERE. PERIOD. Expect a 6 min minimum wait. The drive thru is like L.A. traffic… stop. go. stop. go. Pedestrians are walking everywhere! They don’t seem to care if they get hit or not just as long as they have their chick-fil-a. –_– All in all, it’s definitely a good place to eat at when you want good food, but don’t want to hurt the wallet. Try if you haven’t already!

Best experience we have had with food on garden of the gods area. Food is hot and the people are caring. P. s. bring back my coleslaw!

Normally I don’t rant. BUTTODAY I AM! I come here often, usually on my way to work. They were alittle busy this morning & the young lady in the drive thru rushed my order & by the time I got to the window she didn’t have my fries as I requested. Now I know mistakes happen I am fine with that, but the young man in the window showed no empathy at all, I work in customer relations & I feel like there were better ways of handling that.

I am always impressed with the service here. It is fast, friendly, and anticipatory. This is one of the only fast food joints where I don’t feel sick to my stomach afterwards and the food is good. I also can’t forget the lemonade – I crave that stuff.

They run a tight ship here too, super friendly service, fast-acting, order 100% correct. Very impressed, as I generally tend to be with Chick-Fil-A.

This is by far the busiest yet most efficiently run Chick-fil-A we’ve seen. We visited here in mid-July at the height of tourist season and were amazed at the volume of business. We entered the parking lot to go though the drive thru and were greeted by a traffic control employee. He directed us around the building to get into a line that was completely around the building. We thought we were screwed but the line moved very quickly and became two lines for ordering and took our payment via credit card with his notebook. We quickly made it to the window got our food and was directed out of the lot by the same employee that was doing the traffic control. Very impressive. The food didn’t suffer as it was every bit as good as ever.

Definitely not the best chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Staff didn’t seem like they cared. At all. The staff also had a hard time telling which table they needed to drop off food at. I noticed it more than once. We were also there during shift change and there were a ton of employees just standing around up front. Find something to do the place was pretty busy.

This is a very kid friendly place. Kid handle on the playground door and stool under the sink in restroom for kids. The playground is very clean! I recommend this place to anyone!

Every time my friends and I come here, we find excellent customer service. The people are helpful and kind. This place is known for their chicken, and chicken they do serve. Unlike some other fast food chains, here I have found quality. I recommend for families and singles alike

Chick-fil-A is another of those places I would not go to unless I had a kid. He likes chicken nuggets. If kids had their own country, their flag would have a chicken nugget rampant upon a field of mac and cheese. The food at this place is decent. It’s fast food and does not seem to be that much better than any other fast food place along the same lines. There is no beef to be found up in Chick-fil-A. .. . cause it’s not Cow-fil-A. The service is what separates this chain from the rest. All the employees are significantly more courteous compared to other places. This should be a standard at any service related business, sadly, it is not. Even when it’s busy, by the time we order, get our accoutrements and sit down, an employee is bringing our order. I’ve never come into a dirty dining area at any C-f-A. There are always fresh flowers in the vase on each table. It’s the little things, sometimes. Overall, CfA nails efficiency and customer service.

What’s left to say about Chick-Fil-A that has not already been said? Probably not much, but I’ll toss my $.02 in anyway. I’ve been to this location at least 30 times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. The staff is always VERY friendly and quick to serve you, get you refills, etc. The drive-thru does split into two lanes during the lunchtime rush and they’ll be taking your orders well before you reach the normal ordering spot. The restaurant itself has always been clean, as are the restrooms. There’s not a single bad thing that I could say about this location. Although I would appreciate a spicy chicken nugget option.

As someone who DOESN’T like chicken, I was really impressed with Chick-Fil-A. I had never tried Chick-Fil-A, and as a Canadian, my only knowledge of it was the same-sex marriage controversy, so friend brought me here and really hyped it up… and the hype was completely warranted! I could not believe how good my chicken burger was and the waffle fries were pretty great too, especially with ranch sauce. Everything was hot and the burger toppings were fresh. The thing that stood out the most about this Chick-Fil-A is the incredible service. I can’t remember the last time I received such good service, especially at a fast food joint. The cashier was very friendly and genuine, the wait was short, the food being brought to our table was amazing(!!!) and when I went back to the counter to ask another employee for a drink refill, she was just as great. Seriously, I’ll ignore Chick-Fil-A’s political views just because their service and food puts them way ahead of any of their competition. I can’t wait for the next time I find a Chick-Fil-A when I’m in the States! The parking lot was insane though. I went on a Monday around noon, but you’d think it was Black Friday at Walmart from all the cars. There was even someone directing traffic around the parking lot. Crazy!

This is not fast food… You order your food and they bring it to the table to you! And they come up and ask you if you need refills or anything else… it’s ridiculous! The staff here is very professional. Everyone on counter was smiling and genuinely willing to serve, and that creates a very light, happy atmosphere inside the store. This was my first Chick-Fil-A experience, and it is a five star experience for sure.

I’m a big fan of this place. They are consistently yummy wherever I go. No question it’s fast food, but it’s always cooked well, friendly, and clean. This one is big with a kids play area. So kid friendly they have a basket filled with bibs and little containers of Cheerios.

the ONLY time this place has messed up an order is when they gave me an extra sandwitch(at no cost) instead of a sauce. I’ll take it! They are the fastest drive thru I’ve EVER experienced. IF there are ten cars deep, I still know they’ll do what it takes to get me in and out in a few minutes! Plus, once they sent two tema member digging through the dumpster because I thought one had thrown away my keys! Turns out they had fallen in the store and I found them. But still, they were happy to wallow in trash, or as they put it, it was their«pleasure.» Randy Runs a smooth operation there.

«Eat mor chikin…» Well, I’m lovin’ it(that phrase, that is). The adorable ad cutely painted by those anxious cows actually got me to make a stop, while pressed for time, driving from the Springs back to Denver. NEVER do I think I allow ads to mold my behavior, but I’m such a sap for those ads I actually traveled a ½ mile out of my way to hit up this 4.5 star Unilocal-rated Chick-Fil-A. It was around noon and they had about ½ dozen employees in neon vests taking hand-held tablet orders from the constantly moving line of cars in the take-out lane. Even when you got to the pick-up window there was another employee standing outside giving you your order(that you’d already paid for via credit card). And the food. .. well the food was fast food, but it wasn’t really terrible fast food. By that I mean that every six months when I get the urge for a Mickey D I end up, well, not quite nauseous, but certainly Monsieur La Phlegm has a party for all his friends in the back of my throat for an hour or two. Yucko! At the Chik-meister’s the spicy sammie I ordered came out with a hunk-a-chunk-a-crusted-love-chicken prolly an inch thick, and with beautiful, lettucy tasting lettuce, and tomato and cheese slices that actually looked like they do on their menu photo. The taste was 3 stars, but the service and presentation bumped ‘em up to the first 4 star review I’ve ever thought to give a fast food place. So Chick-Fil-A, I’ll have it your way; I’d walk a mile for your cow-savin’ sammies, and I’m glad I just did it.(And no, ads don’t influence me at alllllll:) David«Got Milk» M

I have to say Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food establishments that make you forget it is fast food. Their food always taste fresh and of a good quality you would only expect if it was a sit down retaurant. Also they are always pleasant and their service is top notch. The only one who I think can compete with them is Culver’s. But CFA still comes on top. One other thing is their play area for kids is always clean. If you want to see a disgusting play area then go to MD’s. Simply the best option in town to take your kids to and also have them entertained.

This location is typically excellent. I’ll even drive out of my way to go to this one over the one on North Academy. But today I ordered one of their new salads and specifically asked for«no blue cheese». This was repeated back to me by the gal on the intercom. I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-thru but I didn’t. I drove all the way back to my work and found that nasty nasty blue cheese on my salad. Blue cheese is a sure way to ruin a perfectly good salad.

All Chick-Fil-As are the same. They’re generally much cleaner than other restaurants and well lit. The service people are all extremely polite — it’s sorta like how In-N-Out buger is. I’m not sure if it’s the same as the locations in Oklahoma, but Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sunday because they’re owned by Christians(also similar to In-N-Out, minus the closed on Sunday thing.) Not a bad thing. I went here today, 1÷6÷11 and I had a salad and chicken soup which was $ 7.50, I believe. The soup is thick and hot. It’s decent, neither good or bad. The side salad was good, but I wish the dressing wasn’t full of HFCS and soybean oil. One thing I’m not a fan of is the fact the chicken always tastes sweet, across the board at all locations, but maybe that’s just me. It was A-Ok. 3 stars.
