Chili’s Grill & Bar

Customer service was top notch. Sat in the lounge. Not many people as we were here before the rush. Atmosphere was a tad on the cold side. Very attentive server. Food was as ordered and tasted better than expected. Our server wasnt overly annoying, but around enough to make sure we always had what we needed.

I ordered a steak and asked it to be medium well. Before I ordered it I asked the waitress if they were true to how their steaks were cooked. She said yes. My steak comes out 35 min later well done. I send it back to get tj cooked medium. Need I say more. Service is horrible!

Usually I’m very generous with my reviews. This Chili’s restaurant did not even come close to making me feel like I was welcome. From the second I walked in the door my family and I were greeted actually we weren’t greeted we were ignored. The hostess when she returned with an aloof attitude, seated Us in the only table that had a light out over it. Although there were several other lighted Booths available. When our server came to our table he was more interested in looking around to see what else was going on at a table near us. When he delivered our food he was again looking around when he was placing the food in front of us. I was so shocked at how uncomfortable we felt in this restaurant. The only good thing it and the only reason that I gave two stars is because the steaks were cooked perfectly and the chicken was also delicious.

We came in and immediately had to wait. There were tables open but seating was about twenty minutes out. Apparently the kitchen was backed up. When I finally got a table the waiter was very kind and also informed us that food orders were around 30 to 40 minutes. While waiting for our food our waiter was very attentive but our food took almost an hour to reach our table. During this time we could hear yelling, cussing and horrible music coming from the kitchen. Our food finally came (cold) and I mentioned to our waiter that it took almost an hour for the food to get here. He apologized and said that he would see what he could do. A long while later a manager came by and offered us a dessert and said that it was the waiters fault. This made me angry because I used to wait tables and I could tell that our order was put in on time. I will not be returning and neither will my colleagues.

All issues resolved by management and I will give Chili’s another chance as I love their food!

I have been to this Chili’s many times and have never had a problem with them. I just got done having dinner there with my family and I could not be more disappointed. I’ll start from the beginning. When I walked in the hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. So, no complaint there. Our waiter then started his inattentiveness. We were informed of a special on margaritas so my wife and I each got one. I ordered a plain and the wife ordered a mango. When we got them they were both plain and the ice in one of them was almost all the way melted. We ordered our food and waited. When it came none of it was hot. My ribs were tough and overcooked, and he didn’t even bring wet wipes and an extra plate for my eaten ribs, which is standard procedure at Chili’s. To top everything off he only filled my water once and while doing so spilled water all over the table and didn’t even try to clean it up. Also, I almost forgot. If the reader isn’t aware Chili’s has this new system at each table that is a small computer that you can order more drinks and food from and even pay your bill. When we sat I noticed ours wasn’t working. I told our waiter that ours was broken. He explained that it wasn’t broken, it just needed a new battery. He then informed us that he would get us one. We did not get one. So, when we asked for our bill he started to make a grab for our computer and say something. He then realized the problem and made a oops face. We payed or bill and gave him a very small tip. I will never be going to that Chili’s ever again, maybe no Chili’s ever again.

Negative stars if I could waited for ever for our waiter to even come to our table to give us our drinks or great us. Finally get our food my boys food was wrong they instead it was right, half way threw my salad there was a hair that looked like a beard hair I about threw up alls they did was say sorry and took it off our bill I still had to pay $ 40 for the rest of our wrong food. We were all so grossed out we paid and left hungry and left our food. I won’t ever go to another chilies again. So so nasty

Every time I have gone here the service has been moderate. Samson was amazing the other night. He was the best service I have gotten in awhile :).

Normally Chilis is reliable. Last night I went with friends and it was chaos form beginning to end. I realize it was Friday night… Happy hour was not explained until after first round of drinks had been delivered. Second round was finally delivered after three additional requests. Food came sporadically and one of the bowls steak was burned beyond recognition. We waited an extremely long time for that to be re made. Completely disatisfied with Chilis last night.

I would give 4 stars but the hostess messed that up. Great friendly staff and our server Megan was super awesome!!! Our food was delicious and had no problems there.

I wish i had asked the name of the man working at the takeout order counter because this guy made our night!!!
After checking the content of our take out food once handed over to us, i noticed there was a mistake in our order in one of the burgers which caused us to sit & wait longer in order to get another one prepared for us.
Not only did the guy apologized quite a few time, gave us an extra burger free of charge — checked on us & offered us sthg a drink while waiting but he also totally refunded the entire dinner order!!!
We ended up leaving with a bag of appetizer, entrees, dessert & drinks. All free!!!
I have always loved this Chilis & the atmosphere food service people etc but now i love it even more!!!
Thank you awesome guy working there tonight & thank you Chilis for having the coolest waiters out there!
This definitely made me a true loyal customer & i will make sure to stop by much more often for a meal!!!

My husband, daughter and I go here pretty regularly. The food is always yummy and the service good. My daughter likes to play games on the touch screen. That has been a nice plus.

I like Chilis. I am normally pretty satisfied with the food and service they provide for a fairly reasonable price. That being said, this last visit was a disappointment.
The restaurant was filthy. The menus had food residue all over them. I picked up the table tent to see what specials they had and was grossed out by how it felt. Like someone wiped their guacamole-​coated fingers on it. My husband’s menu was the same. The table looked wiped, but after feeling the menus I’m suspect.
The food was NOT fresh. Our guacamole has brown spots that showed it had sat out. My asparagus was so old the tops had feathered and the stalks were woody. I paid an extra dollar for OLD asparagus. The fries tasted like they’d been made hours earlier and reheated. The steak was okay. Cooked like I like, but nothing to write home about.
The only saving grace was that our server was attentive and nice, though I was a little put off that she didn’t bring a check at the end. I guess Chilis has ceded doing that work to the customer on the little machine at the table.
One last note: I attempted to rate our meal after I paid the bill, but the machine cut me off before I could write any notes.
It will be a long time before I go back.

How do you run out of chips, guacamole and avocados on a holiday. The manager or whomever orders the food really dropped the ball on this. I am really disappointed in this location. Can’t even order what we normally order due to the lack of items. Bright side of the one star. The waitress is really nice.

Prices are good, but food is pretty bad. Ordered a flatbread pizza and they don’t have Parmesan or red pepper. Tacos had so much basil pesto on that I could hardly eat them. Fries were good.

Terrible experience. Service from our waitress was almost nonexistent & restaurant was a mess. It was almost 35 minutes between our appetizer and main dishes. When we finally got our food one order was great and the other seemed like it sat on the shelf for 10 minutes. Thank you to Jose for covering down for our waitress and taking care of us (refills, etc) in between his tables.

I showed up hungry from driving salivating for Chili’s on sept 11^th around 1:30 PM. We waited for a hostess to seat us for 15 minutes before walking out to take our buisness elsewhere.

Oh Chili’s, I desperately want to hate you since you represent so many things I despise about food in this country, but you keep surprising me!
My 7 year old son has been on a Chili’s kick lately. Perhaps it’s the touchscreen console with 99 cent games or the kids menu that’s brilliantly designed so that a kid can actually figure it out, but without good food and service I wouldn’t dare take him there. And that’s where I keep getting surprised. This last visit went so well I decided it was finally time to write the review despite being slightly embarrassed to admit I’ve been going to Chili’s.
I’ve always enjoyed the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, it’s my go to for business lunches that drag me to Chili’s (just be sure to get the dressing on the side). This last visit I decided to go out on a limb and try something different, the Santa Fe Chicken Salad (also with dressing on the side). Wow, this salad was actually fresh and flavorful with a dressing that packed a slightly spicy punch! The chicken breast in the salad and the grilled chicken my son ordered were both cooked perfectly, hot, still very juicy, tender, and flavorful. This isn’t the corporate chain food I had always feared. Something had changed!
Service was also a great surprise. Prompt, friendly, and efficient.
I’ll be back anytime my son wants to go, just don’t tell anyone I’m enjoying it.

Actually came here on Easter and got boneless buffalo wings, chips n salsa, skinny margarita, and shared fajitas trio… the food was good not great. So to me, it’s a little overpriced for just good food. For example the fajitas were $ 15 and they didn’t even come with rice n beans.

First time I was disappointed in food at a Chilis establishment.
3 out of 4 of our plates were served cold.
Not warm but cold.
Unsure about the fries served on one of the plates as they seemed to be not only cold but stale as if they were the left over fries from the entire day.
Although our server was amazing and helpful and did all he could to suffice the situation. He kept ip his smile and great attitude the entire time.
I will not return to this establishment anytime soon
