Clean Sweep Chimney Sweeps

Justin just left my home after completing a wood burning stove sweep, and he was by far one of the friendliest professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with since moving to the Springs in August. He called and kept me updated on his arrival, explained how I could tell what type of insert I had, was efficient, cleaned up after himself (of course I’d expect this but we’ve had some contractors not be so wonderful in this area) and made sure I knew when to have it cleaned, provided some suggestions on firewood sourcing, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Kudos to him for doing a great job.
I also want to commend the woman (name?) I spoke to when making the appointment. She was friendly, helped with finding a mutually available date, and I felt well respected.
So — great job. I’ll be using you next time and will refer you to anyone I know needing any sort of service from which you provide!

The receptionist who I called, having recently moved into the area, was extremely helpful and informative. After seeking a few other quotes, we decided to go with the family owned local business. We are very glad that we did! Stephen was prompt, professional, quick, thorough, very clean and straight forward with us! Our fireplace looks great! He also gave us tips for use, firewood and future possibilities without being pushy or pressuring! They now have a loyal customer who will strongly recommend them to others! Thank you Clean Sweep!
