When I showed up for my sons Birthday party it was very confusing. I was told to come 15 mins early but no one was ready for us. The front desk told me to go to the party room but there was two parties in there. My icecream cake was melting so I finally went in(after 15 mins) & was met by a very confused staff member. She was helping the other party and we didn’t even get checked in until 15 after my start time. They ended up sending us to another room to get briefed & that ended up taking another 30 mins because they didn’t have vests & other supplies ready. We finally started at 3:45(our party was scheduled from 3 to 5). Because of that we only got 15 mintues to eat cake & open presents. The table was poorly set up. Parents were showing up to get their kids & they barely got to eat their cake. So basically we paid $ 250 for about 1 hour of play & a 15 min party. I had parents waiting on me so I didn’t even try to argue the price & gave a 20% tip because I could tell the poor staff was trying. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the kids had a blast playing. I would go back but only to play definitely not a good place to have a party. I feel like I got riped off. :(

My family and I had a ton of fun! You have to be ware of people who sit under the dj booth so they can’t be seen when they get hit but if you’re there with honest people, it’s a lot of fun. I really liked the capture the flag game the best and am happy we went. Watch out for your gun you pick because some are really lame shooters.

Fun place for kids and those who may take it a bit too serious. Rentals are good quality and most are at the least lightly modded which help with people so bring their own blasters. Biggest issue I come across is that people don’t feel/won’t acknowledge hits and often the refs aren’t able to moderate larger groups as well. One of the only downsides and not one that has a solution as there isn’t a way to prove you tagged an opposing player. Besides that, the staff are polite and knowledgeable and the refs do the best they can. Lots of fun. Only warning I’d give is extreme night is exactly that, extreme. If you decide to attend expect shots that sting and/or bruise as a possibility. Hope to see y’all out there!

I think this place is great we have gone for both of my kids birthdays(4 and 5) and it was soooo much fun!!! It didn’t take long to get to our turn in the arena and we had a good amount of time in the arena. Plenty of time to have loads of fun!!! This is really a great place!!!

My review stems down to one thing: management. It is an awful place to work and they are very rude to customers. Parties are awful, as most of the time you’re sharing a room and not getting the best bang for your buck. If they had different times for different age groups on the field, I think it would help even out the disadvantage for younger players. You’re better off playing laser tag somewhere than this place.

Had our son’s birthday party there. Overall the kids had fun. However it was the most disorganized party we have ever experienced. The staff is put at a disadvantage by corporate policies that stress profit over customer service. Our sons party was scheduled for two hours. We had to share the room with four other parties during that time. We weren’t able to actually sit down and eat until there only 15 minutes left in the party. We had to open presents, do cake, eat pizza, sing happy birthdays and say our thanks in 15 minutes. We will not be back. Additionally watch out for the adult nerds destroying the kids during the dart war. Five year olds sure love getting dominated by the special ops dart warriors.

This place is a great idea. Most of the staff are cordial and informed. The overall experience for us was good. The field of play is a lot of fun, but at some point there were way too many people on the coarse. I am guessing because of limited staff they couldn’t open the other field of play. This really is a lot of fun, but I would much rather play laser tag because once you are out, you are out. Here players are being hit all the time, but they don’t leave the field of play. This game is built on honesty, which seems to go out the window when the competitive spirit kicks in. That is the only flaw in the game. If you are as competitive as I am this will drive you crazy.
