I’ve tried this place twice and each time I’ve been very disappointed. You can tell they don’t get very much business, because they don’t bake very many donuts. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if the donuts would have been good. Instead you can tell they were poorly made because they were overcooked on the outside but undercooked on the inside. The service was fine, and they lady was very nice, however, it’s just not worth it.

Friendly and nice staff. Has the local hometown feel. Cash only but that’s ok. Highly recommend. This place makes me feel like family. Give them a chance and try!!! Lots of choices to pick from. Def go!!!

They have a very small selection of donuts(12 – 14) because they get no business. If you can’t sell them, why make them? I live nearby and have been wanting to try them for a long time. I took a dozen into the office and all agreed — worst donuts we’ve ever had. The«chocolate» donut, I swear, had zero chocolate in them. Don’t waste your time — drive down the parking lot and hit the Safeway. They have MUCHBETTER for MUCHLESS money! Do Daylight Donuts: I’d recommend(1) learning what your competition has and trying to compete by stepping up your game ten fold, or(2) shutting down because you’re going to fail with the product you have. Sorry but true.

Eh… I’d been looking forward to stopping in since they opened, and finally made it. I won’t be back. I came by at about 10am only to find just a few donuts available. The one I ordered was almost stale like it was a day old. The ambiance, hmm, I feel weird even using that word because it makes it feel that there could be a possibility that there was something classy happening at Daylight Donuts; definitely nothing classy to speak of here. Directions to Dunkin’ Donuts: Turn your car around and drive 23 blocks east on Colorado Ave., to 806 W. Colorado Ave.

Ambiance: Step back to the 1970s — Small, dated donut shop. Small counter, with a few tables scattered around for indoor dining. Service: Friendly gentleman waited on me at counter(note: I had to run to the nearby ATM, as they do not take credit/debit cards.) Food: A rather small selection(maybe a dozen or so varieties). Donuts were a little on the smaller side, and the raised donuts were lacking volume — a little«cakey». Otherwise, the donuts are ok. They do have excellent coffee by the way. Overall, I like to patronize local places as much as possible, but Dunkin Donuts is slightly better than Daylight, though Daylight is ok.
