Epicentral Coworking

I had heard about this place, but tonight was the first time I had reason to visit for a meeting. The idea is that they have a variety of workspace types so people can pay for what they need, when they need it. Tonight I was in a small meeting room, but got to tour the facility. The decorations are very modern, bright, and feel energizing. This set up would probably not appeal to someone who is more traditional or conservative in office décor or atmosphere. It is very new, and everything looks fresh from the paint, flooring, to the meeting room amenities. There are areas where people have their own office, an area where people can rent desks, or even telephone booths that are much larger than actual telephone booths allowing you a small workspace and a quiet place to chat on the phone. The front door was locked and our host let us in, so I do not think it is something you can just drop in and book, so I would call to make arrangements prior to showing up. The prices looked very reasonable and flexible too. The people seemed nice that we met and happy which is great for a work environment. I can see that people who are in business by themselves might really enjoy the potential social environment too.

Expanding our SmallWerks marketing agency to Colorado and excited that this is where we’ll be coworking our office. Fabulous space, coffee, lots of meeting space and rooms and conveniently located in downtown.
