Exhale Day Spa and Salon

Love Exhale! Great Staff, great atmosphere, everything here is awesome. I LOVE the color and cuts that Chana, the owner, does on my hair, but she stays pretty booked up, so often times I will go to Lindsay or Kelli, both of whom also do great jobs. Everyone here is so friendly. They offer you wine or a signature (alcohol free) refersher or even tea, coffe, or water. They also always have cookies available. They never fail to treat me right, by offering a warmed up herbal wrap to put in my lap after a wash or even just by always making sure I am comfortable. They play good music, offer the best products to buy, and have just about every service under the sun. I have gotten many services done here and am always happy!

They used to have a woman working here who did fabulous brazilian waxes. She has left due to issues with her wrist and now there is a new girl. When I say new, I mean she is not only new to the salon, but new to waxing. She gave me quite literally the worst brazilian of my life. Not only was it way more painful (and bloody!!) than any other wax I’ve ever had, it also took AN HOUR AND A HALF. That’s not considering wait or pay time, that’s how long the waxing took. My girl in California would have me in and out in 15 minutes. Please don’t waste your money with this rookie — and Exhale, please make sure the people you hire know what they are doing before you hire them. I will not go back unless they replace her.

After moving to Colorado Springs, I could NOT find a great salon to compare to mine in Chicago, not to mention one that could work on my extensions without charging me a small fortune.
Enter Exhale Salon.
I am in love with this salon as a whole. Kelli, who is great, always does a great job. And anytime I have ANY issues with anything hair related, they are quick to correct the problem or help me out.
Nail services here are pretty great as well — Lindsey does such an awesome job on nails & feet!
And waxing? OMG get yourself one of the least painful Brazilians in the entire state, nay, country. I thought I had it good in Chicago… this is even better.
