Went here today and let me tell you… It sucks. My experience was horrible. The girl who did my eyebrows didn’t take her time and she was quick and not gentle at all. So she messed up my eyebrows… Uneven, my left side is thinner and she didn’t even cut it… Some are still long. Unprofessional. I wanted to walk out and not even pay! This girl was rude. She looks Hispanic, light skin, and young. Don’t go to her!!! This review doesn’t even do justice to how unsatisfied and angry I am with my experience at this place.

This was my first time coming here, and my first time having anything done to my eye-brows, hair removal wise. I showed up, and one person was sitting at the desk. She seemed shy and had a thick accent, I couldn’t understand a word she said, but that was probably because the volume of her voice was so low volume(I don’t have any hearing issues that I know of). I told her I was looking to get my eyebrows threaded. She nodded and took me to the chair. I sat down, laid back. She didn’t ask me what I wanted so I said that I wanted to open up the area between my eye and eyebrow, and have them made narrower, especially from the undersides of my existing eyebrows. She nodded and then began after asking me to hold the bottom of my eyelid and above my forehead. The whole threading process took about 6 minutes, and then she used tiny scissors to do something additional. It hurt as much as I expected it to, after all, it’s still ripping hair out of your body. The combination of the pain plus the area being so close to my eyes caused my eyes to water and twitch A LOT. She had to stop halfway to give me a tissue to dab my eyes. I asked her if a lot of people’s eyes water, and she seemed to say yes. That means don’t go there with make-up on that you don’t want to get smudged. When she was done, she swiped an astringent/alcohol soaked cotton ball across the now red areas around my eyebrows. The cost was $ 12 but I gave her $ 15.

Once they get used to what you want(be clear about that), it’s all good! The people change frequently(which I don’t like), but at least it’s not just one person anymore, so it’s not as crowded.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for years and coming to springs well let’s say price change was shocker. I’ve come to this place maybe 4 times now and have had ok service, nothing to recommend. However, last night tipped the scale from ok to «oh heck no don’t ever go there again» the new lady there was not only very rough but disgustingly rude! When I walked in she was chatting away on her phone and was clearly perturbed that she had a customer(me). When she was threading my eyebrows she was being very rough and when I spoke up about it her response was not only rude but dismissive as well in other words, you can leave if you want type of attitude. When I asked for her name, to of coarse make a formal complaint she denied giving her name said she was not allowed to do so. The work was choppy unnecessarily painful and the worse service I have received ever! As mentioned before, this was not my first time and have had tried many different«threaders» this was by far the worst ever

I’ve never had my eyebrows professionally done, always plucked them myself, but I decided to let them grow out to be shaped my a professional. It was quick(under 15 minutes), relatively pain free, and looks amazing. The woman wore gloves, explained the procedure well, and checked several times to make sure I didn’t want to have thicker or thinner brows. She gave me a very natural and groomed look. I’m very happy overall!
