Fix My Blinds

I went from clueless to expert in 5 minutes with their site. I had a draw string that began to fray and snapped. Shortly afterwards the tilt mechanism got stuck and figured it just needed more torque… snapped the mechanism’s rod.
Their site made it easy to locate the correct parts. I took a total of 4 measurements, the width and height of the headrail, tilt rod hole and the tilt mechanism body height. With that I had all I needed to identify a compatible replacement. The draw string matched the current set perfectly just going by their clear pictures.
Went from inoperable blinds to functioning like new in 3 days including shipping. Kudos to whoever did their web design/​backend as order confirmation, shipping alerts, etc. were all prompt and informative.
Have no idea how good their customer service is. Though, for online businesses that’s how it should be; I only want to contact someone if things go wrong. I much prefer things just don’t go wrong and they delivered.
