Met Tom the owner several years ago when I purchased a Groupon for floor maintenance. He arrived and said our floor was way too nice to redo at this time and to keep the Groupon for later that her would honor it. 4 years later we had moved into a new home and wanted to install more hardwood. We called Tom after getting a ridiculous quote elsewhere. Man were we happy with the work and service he gave us. Amazing! And he honored the Groupon 4 years later. How’s that for customer service.
