The laser hair treatment itself worked well. I have seen great results. What I am severely pissed about is their lifetime guarantee. To me when you spend $ 3,000 to have your legs lasered and they have a lifetime guarantee, that tells me that at any point the hair comes back I can come in and get it treated. Only to find out every time I come back in I’ve got to pay an $ 80 fee. What is the point of having a lifetime guarantee if when I do have to come back I have to pay a fee.
Spending that much money and then having to pay if or when you do come back is absurd to me. The $ 3,000 should cover everything. A guarantee is a guarantee

Professional fast service always! I love Danielle & Asia to provide my treatments. Both are thorough, friendly and professional. The treatments have been very effective, not a lot of hair left at all & the hair that does come back is very fine & will eventually be gone with continued treatments. Highly recommend the numbing cream!!! Couldn’t do it without it!

I absolutely can’t imagine better service. The ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and eager to help, and they’re totally sincere about it! The manager, Mitch, is what prompted me to write this review. I had an issue with getting a numbing cream in time and he went way out of his way to ensure that I got it in time for my treatment and showed such care for making sure that I was taken care of. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and I’m VERY happy with my treatment results so far. Can’t say a bad word about them!

Everyone here is so nice. They make the whole ordeal easy to handle. I look forward to my next 18 months of treaments. No more in-​grown hairs for me. Yay!

So far I have only been to one of my sessions, but the manager was very informative on the process, their lasers, their research, etc. Kristen (who is an RN and does the treatments) did an amazing job during my session and while it is uncomfortable, she tried to minimize that as much as possible. I have already seen drastic results in my underarms and after not shaving for almost a month, only have a few hairs starting to come back in! I also had pretty good results so far with my bikini area and think that the remaining sessions will completely rid me of all unwanted hairs. I will most definitely be returning, and will most likely buy additional services in the future to have my legs done!
