We grabbed some Jimmy Johns and took it to the baseball field for a tourney. We ordered 3 Slims… which consist of two(2!) ingredients… meat and cheese. None of the sandwiches had cheese! How could anyone be so oblivious!

The worst. Poor customer service and mediocre sandwich. Management could care less. Save your money. Jersey mikes is just up the street and much better

We placed a delivery order, and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and upbeat spirit of our delivery driver, Ashley. The sandwich is a sandwich, and Jummy John delivers that well, but the cheerfulness of our driver certainly made our day much better. Will definately be a repeat customer

I ordered three sandwiches for delivery to my job. I was charged $ 1.50 for two sandwiches and $ 2 for one as a delivery fee. So it was $ 5 for them to deliver. That’s bs to charge 3 delivery fees when he came in one delivery. When I called the idiot on the phone couldn’t really explain why it’s like that. I will NEVER order from them again and neither will several ladies at my work and my family.

I had a horrible experience today. After ordering and waiting 40 minutes for delivery my food was still not there. I called and spoke with the manager who said they were short staffed but my order was enroute to me being delivered by a different manager. 10 minutes later my delivery was still not there. The store is right around the corner from where I was located. An hour after ordering it finally shows up. The delivery person says he was the same one who spoke with me on the phone who told me it was out for delivery. So he lied to me when my sandwich wasn’t even being delivered. I will never order from this store again when they can lie so easily to their customers and not do anything to make their mistake correct. They never called to let me know it was going to take a little longer and then when I called all they wanted to do was cover their mistake and not tell me the truth.

Always quick and friendly, their delivery guys are always supee nice. As for the sandwiches, arent bad, they arent great either a bit mediocre and way too small. I maybe small in size but i can put away food and their sandwiches do not fill me up, theyre better as a snack than say lunch.

Good, quick food. Bread is always soft. Employees are always happy and nice to you. Today, out of nowhere, they brought little samples of a few of their sandwiches to our office. #1’s, # No one asked or anything! Surprising and very cool! For a decent sandwich for lunch, they are definitely the spot. Way faster than the other«footlong» place.

Are you even a food establishment if you don’t have salt, vinegar, pepper, and other basics(I just wanted a dang fork and had to walk to another establishment to get one)? Also, their sandwiches are nothing to write home about. I don’t care how fast the sandwich is if it tastes like cardboard. Also, the people working here aren’t great. They’re too loud and too in my face. Just let me eat my gross sandwich in peace.

I like the fact that I always know a place where I can get a quick convenient lunch. The food is adequate, but it is consistent. If I’m short on time it’s a great option.

We got here late and these folks working were all super nice very efficient and fast. This is the cleanest sandwich restaurant I have been to. They are all staying busy and taking care of customers. Great management and great customer service. I had the #5 with hot peppers, the bread was fresh and the meat was not dry. Thank you Jimmy John’s!

They are fast! Seems like this place is always busy and still quick to get your order ready. Great for their sandwich trays.

We decided to try Jimmy Johns for the first time today. Needless to say I know why I’ve stayed away from this chain restaurant for so long. First the place is small. Not nearly enough room to accomadate alot of customers, let alone a large family. Secondly, the staff looks like a bunch of college kids and heaven forbid you want to order anytime soon. The staff is rude and they act like they are doing me a service for being here. None of the staff has name tags and one male staff member kept walking by the sandwich counter adjusting his hair and hat without washing his hands after. Thirdly, their sandwiches are mediocre at best. Definitely lacking flavor. The options are extremely limited to what their board says. No bacon, no hot sandwiches, no salads and no soups. They only have 1 kind of cheese, provolone and no other options. They don’t even have plastic knives for customers to cut their sandwiches. Also they have pickles, but they are whole pickles that they will only cut in quarters. Not worth an addition $ 1.25. Their chips are actually pretty decent for kettle chips. Soda is soda. Their bread is ok. Not the greatest, but it is what it is for this place. Needless to say we will not be coming back here ever again.

Holy moly they forgot my guacamole! On my sandwich! That’s minus one star. But the bread and the other ingredients are purdy good. The bread is A+. I usually get it delivered because I’m too lazy to stand in line and wait for my sandwich to get made. Bring it to me!!! Anyway, delivery is super quick. It’s like totally freaky fast, like for sure! Anyway, second time I ordered guacamole it was kinda light. I wish they added more guacamole when I pay for it.

JJ is freaky fast! I’ll give them that but the quality of their goods are less than stellar. This location is at an odd spot of Garden of the Gods mixed in a large strip complex. Upon entering you are attached by the friendly staff and about the time you hand them your money they hand you your order, Fast! The food is okay but not really anything better than Subway. Basicly food servce grade foods. If you an in a hurry or don’t put much value on quality then this place it a 5 star joint.

I come here for lunch every couple of weeks as I live nearby, and the service is always fast and the sandwiches are tasty. Sometimes I do feel like they rush you through the line without a whole lot of customer focus, but honestly, that’s their shtick. If I wanted someone to dode on me while I order food, I’d go somewhere else! When I’m here, I’m looking for a crazy fast, tasty sandwich(#13 is my favorite!) and that’s exactly what I get, every time.

I order for delivery and the service is prompt. I love the rolls the subs are made with… firm and crispy. I usually order tuna or turkey club. They’re delicious give ‘em a try!

ok, service was fast and friendly. but this had to have been the most boring, tasteless tuna sandwich I have ever had. If you want fast, go for it, but this place was sorely lacking in appeal to me.

Jimmy Johns has good sandwiches… I’ll give them that. But their customer service is deplorable. It takes an act of God to get a sandwich cut in half. You can tell the person taking your order that you’d like the sandwich cut in half, but that information rarely makes it to the person making the sandwich… a mere half-an-arm-length away. If you’re ordering more than one sandwich to go & you want a bag, you have to reach behind the counter & get it yourself. Want a napkin? Reach behind the counter & get it yourself. I’ve gone a few times, because I worked nearby & the sandwiches are usually good, but every time I walk in there, the employees seem to be utterly annoyed that you’re there interrupting their social time. Well, I’m going to spare them the trouble… I will not go back again, and I encourage others to find a better place to eat as well. To be fair, the employees at the downtown Jimmy Johns have always been more friendly & courteous. Visit them. The sandwiches are delicious.

Jimmy John’s has a motto about being«Freaky Fast» and that holds very true. I’ve only been to this location and the one on Tejon(oh and one near DIA), both are extremely quick but the Garden of the Gods one has two sandwich ordering and prep lines making this one«Ridiculously Freaking Fast». While JJ’s doesn’t have a five dollar foot-long, they do have scrumptious sandwiches with high quality ingredients. And unlike Subway they’ll actually pile the toppings on instead of grimacing like they’re paying you to eat at their restaurant. My favorite sandwich has got to be the Italian Nightclub. Mmm… Ham, salami, capicola. Mmm… I order it with ez-mayo, hot peppers and cucumbers. Mmm… I also love JJ’s kettle fried chips. So what if they’re 350 calories a bag?! We only live once. Another favorite of mine at Jimmy John’s is the music. They always have great tunes going. Oh, I almost forgot. You can buy day old loaves of bread for 50 cents. Pretty rad.

AREYOUKIDDINGME??? Iv’e never been to one of these places, but I was passing through the area and wanted a sandwich that wasn’t a «five dollar footlong.» I’d have been better off finding a subway. The feel of the place was chainish except that it did have cute signs on the walls. The reason for the low rating??? I ordered a sandwich with avocado. I sat down to eat my sandwich and didn’t see any avocado on it. I took it back to the counter and asked for Avocado. The counter person took it to the sandwich bar and I had to laugh as 4(I kid you not!) of the sandwich makers were bending over all looking at the sandwich. One of them brought the sandwich back to me at the counter and said that avocado was on the sandwich, but it was under the meat. OK… I took the sandwich back to the table and looked. I didn’t see any avocado and I didn’t taste any in the sandwich. Good lord! If it takes 4 people to analyze a sandwich, then there probably wasn’t any avocado on and they should have slapped some more on. It was a comical event. For the entertainment value I would give 4 stars. Next time I’ll skip this chain.
