Irresponsible bordering on dangerous. Will prescribe you medications that cause severe reactions if you miss them, then not respond to the pharmacy request to fill them in order to remind you to schedule an appointment. This is rude at the very least and since he is a Psychiatrist prescribing medications to treat people’s brains… Depending on the condition, this could be considered a VERY dangerous practice. He has prescribed me multiple medications causing severe allergic reactions without the slightest bit of compassion or regret. In fact, he seems most interested in pushing pills and seeing what happens as if you are there to be his experiment. I personally did not enjoy being treated as an experiment and not a person. I expect medical professionals to be most interested in healing. I would expect them to display a bit of compassion if they had almost caused you to have to go the hospital to get your first catheter because of some pills they thought you should try. I also found it alarming the myriad of pill combinations he would readily prescribe for a(singular) very non-complex issue that was already well managed with a single medication for the previous decade. After having the first severe reaction, he was unshaken and ready to try even more combinations. I was not.
