Lori’s Making Rover Over

Being new to the area I had to find a pet groomer for my dog Chico (Shi-​tzu). Not knowing anyone in the area I looked up pet groomers on Unilocal and read several reviews on several pet groomers in the area. Lori’s Make Rover Over had posative reviews which helped me make my final decision.
I called to make an appointment and Lori was very nice over the phone.
Lori has converted an enclosed garage in the back of her home into a pet grooming shop. I walked in and it was clean and no smell of any type of animal. I was greeted by Lori and her daughter who works side by side with her mom. Awesome family business.
I explained to her exactly what I wanted and chatted with her for a minute before I left. I knew Chico was in good caring hands. Chico is not just a pet to me. he is family.
I recieved a call when Chico was ready for pick up. When I walked in to pick up Chico he was happy and looking great. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and have already made Chico’s next appointment.
A military discount is offered Monday thru Thursday as well as a referral program that offers an additional discount wether you are military or not.
I highly recommend Lori’s Make Rover Over! An establishment does not have to be fancy to get my business. Quality of work, great customer service and great pricing is what I look for when spending my hard earned dollar.

Lori has been grooming my little girl for a little over 2 years now and I will not go anywhere else. She is professional, has a great attitude and is always willing to fit me in at the last minute if needed. She treats my dog like it is her own and I feel she will always take good care.

Lori has groomed my 2 Newfie’s several times now. She works out of a converted garage in the back of her home. It is very easy to get to and she has always been able to get my big dogs in. Having the 2 big furry dogs at the same time does not faze her. Her grooming has been impeccable. My dogs both enjoy going over there. Her prices are extremely competitive (for Newfie’s)
