I bought 2 Groupons. One for me and one for a friend who was undergoing chemotherapy. They failed to show up for 2 appointments for me and refused to honor my friends Groupon, saying they no longer accept Groupons although it was well within the required time frame. They are rude, unreliable and I would never use them or recommend them to a friend.

This company scheduled a cleaning wih me several days ago. The day before the appointment I attempted to reach them to confirm the time. Their recording said they would not honor cleaning for appointements for the months of June & July. They did not call me to cancel they just left their answering machine with that auto messege.

I had a Living Social deal for Millennium cleaning and, from beginning (scheduling) to end, (when they cleaned their way out the door) they were awesome. Friendly, accommodating to my crazy schedule and thorough. My house positively glowed under their care. I just called to set myself up for monthly cleaning services.
