Congrats on the worst coffee experience of my life! Given that I’ve been to hundreds and hundreds of coffee shops, that is quite impressive. So where to start with this nightmare? I arrived there and ordered with just three people that had already ordered ahead of me. So I decided on a pour over and the barista informed me it would take a little bit. That’s fine, I know a pour over takes about 5 minutes and there were people ahead of me. I sat down and waited, patiently. Then waited and waited. After a while I noticed that people were getting their order… people that showed up after me. I decided to start counting. One, two… thirteen. Yup, 13 people(who ordered after me) received their drink before me. I can’t for the life of me understand why you would do that? Drinks are to be made in the order they were received. I waited exactly 32 minutes from the moment I checked in for my drink. They completely threw off my entire morning and never even apologized or offered an explanation. I considered that maybe the barista didn’t know how to do a pour over, but he did someone else’s. So yes, they literally skipped over me many times and never offered an explanation. Coffee wasn’t that great anyway. Usually I give coffee roasters a second or third chance, but this place doesn’t deserve one. Don’t go here

I love this place! And will even go out of my way on my morning commute to get a cup here. Their lattes are sooooooo smooth and creamy! Not bitter like a major chain who shall remain nameless… Thank you Mission for your commitment to community and great coffee!

Roasted coffee they sell in bags is fantastic. I used to buy their coffee at Marcos Pizza in Briargate. One day I did a little on line research and found Mission Coffee is local so I went to the source. They also support The Classical Academy where my kids go to school. Very nice owners and staff. Great local business!

Easily the best place! They have an upstairs office thing to rent out. Amazing drinks! Perfect hearts for serving! Amazing coffee that makes my heart skip a beat. I could go on and on! I love this place!

I enjoyed the chai tea at Mission coffee. The environment is very nice. I really love that they have a co-working space and hope to try that out in the future. The service was very good and friendly. I could see that possibly raising my four stars to five.

Great coffee place! Probably the best standard-brewed coffee I’ve had. They roast it here, so that may be the key.

Very good coffee with great service. They roast in house so the beans are always fresh. No doubt, great cup of Java in a great atmosphere.

this is a great coffee shop – with a mission! I always enjoy the atmosphere and conversations going on around me while sipping coffee there. Love the coffee served on site, so much I bought a bag of Mission Blend and a bag of Tanzanian Peaberry to bring home. Tried both this morning – they were great! Hey, where was the ancient(’60’s?) mission VW bus yesterday!!! :) that is a cool part of the Mission Coffee history. Nice roaster prominently located right in the shop!

Top-notch coffee with rich, often tangy flavors that only accompany quality beans. They roast them on spot and while the atmosphere can be a bit noisy it is often filled with a quiet, focused crowd. The owner is very friendly and interested in each customer. From what I remember, they support small farmers for their bean purchases which is just beautiful. These small non-chain spots are the ones we need to support. They provide variety, quality and culture to our area. So stop in and buy a cup!

Very very bland almost Folgers style coffee. Watery and tasteless. Nice place nice people but aweful coffee. No bother coming here when I can make coffee 10 x better at home.

Great pies, pastries and more! Love to get their hot chocolate on a cold day. Friendly staff, and free, fast Wifi. Love to hang there and get some work done. Conference rooms, coffee, wifi, pasteries, and decent prices, what more could you ask for?

Best chai latte I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is clean and spacious, great tables to study at along with patio seating. Amazing unobstructed view of the Rockies. They also have pastries and a small selection of food. Additionally, I believe this is a Christian non-profit. They have great music with infusion of different genres including Christian, jazz, indie. I lived across the street from Mission this summer, I live in California now and miss this place dearly! I wish nothing but success to this establishment!

Mr C and I came here for date coffee and a workout. Lovely location with great views and friendly baristas. The atmosphere was loud, especially the music, making our conversation a little halted. Café Au lait was steaming hot — a lot of shops do t white get it right! Mr C had a caramel vanilla latte and an apple turnover. He was impressed with the pastry(no GF options for me) and the latte was delish but slightly sweet. We love the concept and want to support what they’re doing. Saw the VW bus with company signs on it at WFM today! Worth returning to but a little loud and small for a regular work or reflection location

So, I went in and ordered a coffee. As usual, when asked for my name, I was a smarty pants and said«Megatron». Not only did they write it on the cup, much to my delight, but a week or so later I ran into the barista elsewhere and he said«Hey, Megatron!» And it pleased me.

Mission Coffee Roasters coffee is smoooooooooooth. They also have some great looking pastries from a bakery in Denver. The owner has a big heart for service so he uses his business to benefit non-profits. The location is a bit odd, but it seems to work for them. They have a conference room upstairs that can be rented by the day. This would be a great colaborative space, and with coffee in hand you’re bound to have a good time.

I travel a lot for work. I basically live in coffee shops when I’m on the road so I’m always looking for local, quiet, clean, and friendly coffee shops. And when they have fast wifi, I’m basically over the moon. While I didn’t have to travel far today, I had to park myself for a couple hours due to a cancelled meeting. I happened upon Mission Coffee Roasters as I was driving by. I hadn’t remembered it from previous visits down to the Springs so I couldn’t resist. Plus, the view is stellar. Hellooooo Pike’s Peak. I got a chai latte with soy. They also have almond milk, but I have yet to venture into almond milk land with my chai lattes. I’m still sipping on it and my tastebuds are in heaven. Wonderful flavor, perfect temperature. The place is small, but with great seating options. Love the big wooden table in the middle… I want it in my house. And there’s huge windows facing north and west. I imagine it may be brutal in the evenings at sunset, but the view is worth it. I’ll definitely pop in here again and probably try the brewed coffee. Friendly service, delicious-looking treats, free samples, super fast wifi connection, and tasty tasty chai. Check ‘em out!

Not the worst coffee shop in the Springs, but not the best either. When I saw this establishment opening up I was super excited. I thought maybe there might be an amazing coffee shop that couples both ambiance & quality in the same place, but my wish was granted as much as I hoped. I will say that this coffee shop does have a great ambiance. The recycled wood used for all the tables, counters, and other fixtures really gives a great vibe to the whole shop. I think if I just wanted to go and get some studying done or have a meeting there it would be perfect for that. Now I may be too much of a coffee snob when it comes to coffee shops(there are few that really impress me honestly) but I had much higher hopes for the coffee here. I have been in twice now and the first time I ordered an 8oz latte which I was abruptly told was«the kids size». I continued with my order anyways and I had expected there would be 2 shots of espresso in the latte, which is fairly standard at any serious coffee shop, but there wasn’t. The barista handed me the latte and it was very hot and the foam looked like soap suds. I paid and left. But I am a fair guy so I gave it another chance. The second time I went back, knowing what I knew, I asked for a double 8oz latte steamed to 140 degrees(which is perfect drinking temperature and the milk starts to burn past that, losing it’s sweetness) hoping that it would be correct. This time the latte was hardly warm, just like warm milk, and I couldn’t taste the espresso hardly at all. What I could taste, tasted good, but either there was still only 1 shot or it is just incredibly light for an espresso. The milk foam again was pretty sudsy. All in all I will probably go back again to give it one more shot sometime, but my expectations are fairly low. If you are going for atmosphere I say give it a shot but if you’re looking for good coffee you should either go across the street to Café Velo, Colorado Coffee Merchants off of Fillmore, or Urban Steam downtown.

Nice place! The staff were friendly and happy. It’s a small cozy little location with fast, free wifi(16m/6m). Oh, and the coffee is good! Has my recommendation.
