Don’t know how you could give this place anything but 5 stars. This place is terrific. Pick your size. Pick your sauce. Then one price for as many toppings you want. Cooked in a brick oven to New York style perfection. Fold it over and stuff it in your pie hole. You will not regret giving this wonderful little place a try. If you go around lunch or dinner expect a line.

I live in Minnesota and although we have places similar, nothing comes close price wise. The closest thing I can think of is punch pizza or solos(but it sucks) but punch isn’t as customizable and their prices double for half mods portions. If I were rich I would still pick mods over punch bc there’s so many ingredients and atmosphere is great. As a lone traveler they were cool to talk to and made it feel like home. I ate a large then a small right after, that’s how good it was. Lemonades superb as well

Hey surprisingly great spot! So glad we came here. Had no idea what it was before arriving, but will definitely come back, now knowing how inexpensive, and tasty it is. Great concept!

This is a great family place! Each person creates their own pizza. Absolutely perfect for a family with different tastes and picky eaters. Everyone gets exactly what they want. They have a huge selection of fresh toppings. The crust is thin and crispy, with a gluten free option. You really can’t go wrong.

friendly and helpful staff. I loved the topping choices. HOT, fresh and filling pizza. Get the personal size unless your hungry or sharing. Pear tea was yummy and spice rich. Good price for quantity.

I enjoyed MOD pizza since I was in Houston in 2015. This MOD location has a great view of the mountains.

What better way to introduce yourself to a Colorado Springs restaurant than MOD Pizza. My kids and I experienced this wonderful custom pizza place in our first day in town. Fellow Unilocalers didn’t steer us wrong. The pizza was DELICIOUS and the price was just as great. Since they use very thin crust and a very hot oven, it is done in literally a few minutes. We each had what made us happy. I had a yum combo of pepperoni, spicy sausage, Canadian bacon, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, and red onion, and spinach. So, so, so good. Hey, I’m on vacation.. Plus they had an incredible caramelized pear iced tea. I kept going back again and again. If only we had this in San Antonio. I would be there every other day. Ha! We just may be back during our stay.

Cool little place for fresh pizza! MOD pizza has the same concept as chipotle(build your own meal), just in a pizza form. You walk in, start at the end of the line, slowly work your way down to the left adding whatever toppings you like, pay, wait and eat. Boom. That simple. It does look a bit overwhelming upon entering because the place is just SO crowded, but the staff are really good at helping you organize the MOD routine especially if you’ve never been there before. The pizza itself was good. It tasted fresh & light. Even after 3 or 4 slices I still felt light(so-to-speak) unlike having to undo the button on my jeans after eating dominos. The pizza crust was weird for me. It’s very thin almost like tortillas. Maybe that’s how it aids to not feeling too heavy in the stomach. The bread strips were DELICIOUS! Tad bit greasy, but hands down just delicious. I wish I had of ordered a couple to go! :( Price was right. One mega pizza, one bread stips order and water came out to 14 dollars and some change. Definitely the bang for your buck since the meal feeds two. The only downfall of this location is the seating and the fact that they only have one door. The line was out the door(literally), there were tables right by the door(literally), then the line starts wrapping around the table where people are sitting at all while people are still coming in to get in line all while people are trying to squeeze through the line(and the table of people) just to get out of the place! Hectic to say the least! Hopefully they’ll get that traffic jam organized. Overall, the place is cool, food is fresh and staff is friendly & helpful! I would come back! 4 stars from me!

The food is excellent and customizable. The service is good, and they push people through the line as quickly as the oven allows. My only complaint is that the plastic forks always seem to break when I’m cutting my pizza with a fork and knife. ~ frequent customer ~

Really good pizza here; I’m glad I live in a different part of town. We are dealing with a thin crust that is nicely chewy and not bread-y, and that’s the number one most important factor for me in a good pizza. Even my picky mom had fun picking her special combo of toppings. The staff are friendly and patient, with no judgement as she carefully requested anchovies, chicken and ham. They told her to pile on as much as she wanted on her mini pie and they’d find a way to make it all fit. They probably give the same speech a dozen times a day but it feels like you’re the only one who matters as you decide between red onions chopped or in whole rings. As someone who is super sensitive to people mistreating her thickly– accented mom(like.I will cut a person who acts condescendingly or dismissively toward her), I truly appreciated how well they catered to her. The girl with the bandana who might be Asian. she was fantastic. The pizzas are ready before you even fill your drink. it’s really that fast. And I don’t know if the caffeine-free caramelized pear iced tea is a staple, but I hope it never goes away.

This is my second experience with Mod Pizza. As with the first time, we ordered online for pickup in person. Also like the first time they did not put the ingredients on my pizza that I ordered that are clearly on the order form. What are the odds that the only two times I order Mod Pizza they don’t bother to check what was ordered before serving it? Maybe it isn’t an odds problem. I really wanted to like this place.

Wow! Amazing concept and amazing food! We are traveling through the COS are this week and wanted to check out the pizza scene as we contemplate relocation here. We decided to try MOD and wow are we happy we did. Such a cool concept. The line was at the door when we arrived on Sunday after church — about 12:45 pm. In about 10 minutes, we were at the counter placing our pizza and salad orders. Talk about«have it your way» :). We ordered exactly hat we wanted with the amount of toppings/ingredients we wanted. One of our pizzas came out«slightly“‘black on one edge. They already had a replacement in the oven when I picked up the first two. Quality was high, taste was amazing and the whole experience was great.

Wow, just wow! I live less than 10 minutes away but wish I lived even closer to MOD Pizza! My fiancé and I stumbled across this place after already eaten at everything else in the area(Buffalo Wild Wings, Firehouse Subs, Jason’s Deli)… we liked how the sign promoted it as ‘fast’. It was fast, except that there was a line practically out the door! Lots of young high school students — it was a fun atmosphere. The price is so affordable, we shared a Mod size pizza and put all kinds of toppings on it for less than $ 8. I’m looking forward to trying other toppings next time!

I love MOD! It is an incredible bargain, and in a world where bargain usually means low quality, that isn’t the case here at all. The ingredients all taste fresh, the staff is super friendly and helpful to new comers, and what I really love is that you can see the owner right behind the counter greeting you and working with the rest of the employees. My only regret is that people are starting to find out about this place! I need to start keeping my mouth shut. Congrats on your success, I look forward to eating here for years to come.

Always so delicious. So glad you guys came to Co Springs! Outstanding food and the best pizza. Every employee is so friendly at each location. Recommendation to Mid Pizza: stick with good diverse Colorado beers(Ranger is good also). Stay away from Coors, Bud and the likes(yuck!)

Oh. My. Gosh. Price: Is this for real? Ambiance: Modern chic-y. Food: GTFO delicious. I walked in here with zero expectations and walked out like I’d met my soulmate; floating on cloud nine(except not really floating after the amount of pizza I ate). Are you kidding me? It’s so cheap, so fast, and sooooo delicious. You can literally mod just about everything on your pizza and it doesn’t change the price. My personal favorite: pepperoni, ricotta, onion with light sauce and cheese.

Pros: The Gf crust is really fantastic. It tastes like real crust and kind of like pita bread. You don’t pay by the topping you pay by the crust. The service is fantastic! I’m clumsy. I dropped my pizza box of leftover pizza on the way out. Like magic an associate was there and asked«Whatd you have? I’ll make you a new one. It’ll be ready in 5 minutes» The error was totally my fault. But, the attention to customer satisfaction was incredible. Way to go guys! Cons: Because the restaurant is set up to be «fast-er food» the pizza was cooked quickly and I felt like it wasn’t done enough. It was warm but not crispy on the outside and sizzling. On the other hand though, I knew when I heated up the leftovers in the toaster oven it would be perfection, rather than overdone leftovers. I also realized that if I asked it to be cooked longer they definitely would have appeased by request.

I was pleasantly surprised… We were headed in to go to Jason’s Deli, but once I saw MOD, I remembered reading about it on Unilocal and did a last minute mind change and we decided to try it. Although I ate too much and had an entire MOD to myself, I’m SO glad that we visited. I’ll definitely make a point to come more often. It’s a chipotle/subway/pita pit style for brick oven baked personal thin crust pizza. You can choose something on the menu or build your own. Inventive toppings like seasoned garlic cloves, and Brussel sprouts show confidence in their product. I loved it! I put olives, tomato, Brussels, extra basil, red onion, and mushroom and upon their recommendation, I held off on the pesto till it was drizzled after baking. They were right, and it totally set the taste to a new level. Great drink options, and even local beers on tap. Prices are excellent, especially for the quality and pizza cook in minutes. Love MOD pizza and I’ll definitely be back for more.

We visited the other location months back, near the Park Meadows mall and we’re just thrilled with their selection and prices to boot! So we were ecstatic when the owner’s daughter told us they would be opening up a location in the Springs! I love that they offer a solid option or gluten free crust… And there gluten free crust is awesome and fresh and not like eating a piece of cardboard! Love having you guys in our neighborhood and look forward to being there again soon!

Great concept and really good food also. They also carry items for vegetarians(including gluten free crust) which can be tough in the Springs to find. I have to say I wasn’t expecting much but they surprised me, they were super fast and for the price it was super hard to complain. Also the staff was very helpful in explaining the process and very approachable. Just understand this is setup kind of like a Chipotle on how you order. Personally it would never replace a handmade brick oven pizza with fresh ingredients but for and in-out fix it worked perfectly. My only complaint is the parking in this whole area. It seems that they only have about 1⁄3 of the amount of parking they should have for all of these business. Welcome to the Springs MOD!
