I bought a purple cali vape pen and wasn’t told about store return policy. If I had known such existed I probably would have come next day as I live next door and work a 10−12hr shift, not getting off till 12am… It’s a good pen. Got a friend to fix it. The part that is supposed to be crimped where the battery is, was loose. It came undone after I tried to put it back, and 2 wires snapped as it dropped, and the battery’s weight separated the other half. I literally used this pen twice and had a problem.-Good selection in store though.

I usually love coming to this location but this time left me wanting a lot more customer service. They had a I’d check and only checked us. And we weren’t just looking. Sorry, can’t come back. I don’t deal with disregard to policies.
