If I could give this place more stars, I would! Great location, well lit and clean. Toni helped me pick out the perfect unit. Paperwork was quick and easy. Truly was a painless process. Safe and secure place with big elevator and sturdy rolling carts to accommodate moving large items. Restrooms and water fountains are available. It was a no brainer choosing this place! Very professional and great customer service from everyone!

This is without a doubt the best self storage facility my husband and I have ever used. After being in the military for 28 years and using many, many storage facilities, I can honestly say this one is perfect in every way. From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted by Toni, Krista or both. They were so helpful and knowledgable and helped us pick out the perfect unit. They also greeted us with a smile every time we were there. The facility itself is so clean and well maintained. We always felt safe there. Northgate Self Storage gets 5 stars plus from me!!!
