Aly was the worst bartender I’ve ever had, took me 20 minutes between beers she never asked if I wanted a menu or food I finally had to ask after 45 minutes then after closing my menu with an empty beer I sat there for another 20 minutes before I finally cashed out. Every other bartender has been great to me there won’t ever sit at the bar if she is serving again. And forgot she exploded a boddingtons beer all over me and her got herself napkins never gave me any or apologized for what had happened

A three because I had higher expectations. Food was OK(as good as the Italian Nachos sound, don’t get them), place is neat, staff was very good and helpful. Just was hoping for a little more.

Pizza was good. Service was good. We arrived in a blizzard and they were very accommodating

I stumbled into this joint on a hungry night. I had been driving around downtown, and I saw another location, but there was no parking at all downtown. After about an hour of driving around, I found this alternate location. I am glad I did. I didn’t want to sit at the bar, yet I was seated immediately. Sometimes, I feel like taking a table while solo is frowned upon. Not here. This place is very chrome-and-neon. They have a huge beer selection, and the bar was packed. The dining area, though, was full of families. My sausage-stuffed mushrooms app came out quickly. The flavor was excellent. I ordered a deep dish pie with sausage, peppers, and onions. It was one of the specialty recipes on the menu, and though I usually do not trust pizza joints to get that cooked enough for me. Something drew me to this pizza, though. I was very happy with the results. First, it did not take 40 minutes for my pie. That made me skeptical. I did not need to be. Although the pie was a little over $ 20, it is a fair price for a deep dish. Service was great & I have already suggested it to a co-worker. It’s obviously well-known locally, and for good reason.

Absolutely delicious food! My husband and I just moved here and were trying to find a new favorite place to eat! Old Chicago didn’t disappoint and I can see us returning soon! My husband got the Mac & Cheese bites with Sriracha Ketchup and I got the California Chicken Sandwich! Both were out of this world! I especially love that Mac & cheese seemed to be a staple on their menu– a personal favorite food of mine and my husband! I definitely recommend Old Chicago! Great music, atmosphere, and food!

This was our first time at this location. Love the floor plan and the bar layout. We sat at the bar top and was waited on by Bree. She was very easy to talk with. I am a stickler about sticky menus. Kudos to Bree. I saw her wiping down each menu in the bar area. She is a keeper! Women’s bathroom was very clean but put a trash can next to the door to throw the towel after opening the door.

New store 1579 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO80906 I’ve been an Old Chicago customer for well over 20 years. Having a new opening in the Springs is fantastic, but this one feels a bit ‘too coorporate’. For me,… it’s too small, too open of a floor plan, and way too bright, It may grow on me, but … I will most likely stay up on the North side. As for this store, the staff is on their game and the food is of typical franchise quality(6.5÷7 out of 10).
