Foods OK… Don’t be surprised if you come and the owner (Phil) is wasted and talking sh*t to customers or the staff… Be careful because some staff like to over charge or double charge. It’s happened to me a few times… 2 stars is only for the food, cause it’s decent but over priced… Oh and the men’s bathroom is by far the nastiest bathroom I’ve seen in town…

Went to Oscars for date night Candi the waitress was awesome. She made me and my date so comfortable. The patio out front was really nice. We had the oysters raw on the half shell they were super tasty. We did order the crab bisque which we did not like way to salty. But overall everything else I’ve ever had there was fantastic.

We drove by here one evening and just had to stop. This place reminds me of some of the great seafood and oysters shacks down south, with their rustic wood and tin décor and dollar bill lined walls.
We started with their Oysters Oscar, and it just wasn’t what we expected. They were good, but if you are looking for your fried oysters to be really fried this isn’t for you. They oysters were flash fried and still really squishy inside, which was fine by me, but not so much for my dining partner. I think I’ll stick to raw next time.
For our main course we stuck with sandwiches. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious, and the fries were super yummy. Typical bar food really, but well done, and we didn’t really expect anything more.
Overall food was good, beers were cheap and the atmosphere makes this place worth a stop!
