Definitely the best phở/Vietnamese food in town. Great portions too! I tried all the Vietnamese places on Colorado Springs and no other place is better. Definitely recommend

I’ve been looking for a good authentic phở place since moving from California to Colorado. This place is amazing. You get plenty of meat, the broth is rich and authentic, and it’s just all around perfect! This is the best thing to eat when you’re sick, tired or just hungry. So glad I found this place!

It was my first time trying Vietnamese and I fell in love! The grilled shrimp egg roll is delicious and the rice noodle bowls are great. I had the Vietnamese egg roll bowl and my mom had the steak, both terrific. The service wasn’t so friendly but personally I go for the taste of the food.

Phở is pretty decent, but a little pricey. Compared to the other ones in town, it’s actually a better deal for the flavour. Delivery minimum is $ 30 and is sometimes quick. You won’t have to wait long for your bowl to arrive like the other Phở places fronting like they’re making as it is ordered; the broth is already there and you’re making me wait?

Worst service ever. Waitress did not smile or even say hello. Just plopped our menus down and barked«What do you want?» Customer service? NOT here.

I really liked the phở! I had the rare steak and the brisket. Prices have increased since someone posted the menu photos. Small phở bowl is $ 6.50, Medium phở bowl is $ 7.25, Large phở bowl is $ 7.85. Still affordable. I would pass on the spring rolls. Just stick with the phở.

If you are in the mood for Phở– this is the best place in the Springs that I’ve found. My whole family looks for it when they are sick. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get, my boyfriend and I split a bowl easily. The tea is alright, but the phở is excellent! Simple décor, but we take it to go anyways.

Missing the wonderful variety of authentic international food that I was able to easily access in NYC, it was a great comfort to stumble upon this restaurant. It’s a «hole in the wall» establishment, but the food is fresh, delicious and welcoming. My hungry toddlers gobbled up everything before them and so did the hubby and I. Ambience is very simple, clean and no frills. This is not a fancy place for a special date night(unless you absolutely love Vietnamese food and could think of no better place to be, but I’m sure you could find one.) I will be revisiting this restaurant as time and money permit. It’s reasonably priced for authentic Asian food and your belly will thank you.

Food was great, but the service was horrible. Server had absolutely no emotion or sense of humor. She didn’t even get a drink order, came by maybe once while eating, then rolled her eyes when I asked for another soda because she had to add it to the handwritten check. I then had to go find to-go containers, since I guess once you get the check, service absolutely ceases. Rarely don’t leave a tip, but didn’t feel bad this time.

This place is terrible, at least service wise. I have been looking for a good phở place and this most certainly is not it. while the food is meh the people working here have a lot to learn about treating people right and I normally am the type to not give a care about how I’m treated unless it feels really weird which this place accomplished. I walk in and notice that there’s only one other guy in here which suits me fine. Not sure if I’m supposed to find my own seat or wait, I awkwardly stand at the front for a couple minutes. then one of the ladies comes out of the back, on the phone, obviously on a personal call(you just know) motions for me to sit at a far table and slams the menu down, not one word of greeting. okay strange but i don’t care that much. I have another lady come up, sets a water down and asks ‘well, are you ready yet.’ Again not the best way to go about it but whatevs. I order the Phở Lu special and while waiting one of the workers daughter(?) is playing in the middle of the store while one of the workers just laughs. Uh yeah no, I get it might be a family business but who wants some little kid messing around next to them while eating. However the straw that broke this camels back is after getting my food my waitress comes back with a plate of RAW meat and tells me that the cook forgot to put it in and if I still want it. after saying yes, she just looks at me for a bit then puts the raw meat next to my bowl of soup and walks off. I then hear her talking to her coworkers in the back and lots of laughing. OK really? TL;DR basically this place has horrendous service and snide rude ladies working here and the Phở wasn’t that good. Please avoid and head down the street, not that far, to Phở nomenal, a place where they know how a business is run

This is our favorite Phở restaurant in town. We frequent it up to a few times a month. They have generous portions and love that they remember us and how we like our food. If you have only ever had phở may I also recommend the Bun Dac Biet(combination noodle bun), spring rolls and the pork chops. I am hungry just writing this review.

Simple, inexpensive, friendly, and motherflipping delicious phở reside here. This place is fantastic, has super quick service, and one of my frequent stops here in the springs for a hot bowl of phở.

This is my mine and my Husband’s go-to spot for phở and bun. The always make it just how we want it(with extra whatever we ask for). This place gets pretty crowded on the weekends so you’ll wait a bit if you eat in. We always order out. The reason why I left out a star because(although it’s a mom and pop shop), the restaurant could be more well put together and that the tables get pretty cluttered sometimes. I think it may be because they’re under-staffed. Also because Their peanut sauce for the spring rolls are a bit too peanut-buttery always. I love their sinh to bo [avocado] bubble tea. It always hits the spot.

Good taste, fresh food, delivery time was as advertised! Portions were healthy. Prices were good also. I’d eat their food again.

OK, so I «get» those that have a beef with the restaurant itself. Possibly the service though I’m ok with the basic service I’ve had when we ate inside. Sometimes good, usually basic, rarely some lady there that has a «puss» on her face lol. Here’s why I like this restaurant. I enjoy their phở and the portion sizes are considerable. I would not suggest a large unless you can hold a gallon of broth down. I also have enjoyed many of their other entrees especially the buns(rice noodle bowls). I suggest the grilled chicken on some of their non phở dishes. I think they do a good job on prepping the chicken and the flavor comes through unlike some chicken dishes at restaurants. I enjoy their springs rolls though they are possibly a touch pricey– but good and fresh during my visit. If you want to go on a spring roll frenzy I would suggest Saigon Springs though I have not been there in a while and it is a touch divey/dirty there. You can make your own rolls there and make a meal out of it should that urge hit. If you want to really enjoy their phở IMHO, get it to go. You still get a ton of condiments which I’ve rarely been disappointed in. Tons of the broth, noodles, obscene amounts of sprouts, and good portions of the meats. If you get it to go, you will get the rare meat, rare vs. ordering it there unless I simply need to ask for it on the side when eating on site. My issue is just their dining room. They are often very busy in waves which makes it tough for them to keep the floors as clean as one would like to see. Also, sometimes the tables could use a better wipe down. Other times, I think perhaps they are a bit understaffed. Nothing I hve not seen before in most phở locations. Their kitchen is not understaffed and if you are at the cash register you can see the kitchen and it has seemed fairly clean in my opinion and I can be a bit tough when it comes to that. The half owner(wife) is super friendly to me and my wife. Never a problem and if you order over the phone, go ahead and head out the door as they get the food ready very fast at least for phở. I would suggest you ask for their hot chili garlic paste/sauce as they may not include it in your to go order. They make their own sauce on site and it’s good. There are no preservatives and you can figure that out as if you keep it in your ‘frig for say over a week, it’s no good. That’s not because it’s old or prepped wrong– it’s fresh and the real stuff with zero preservatives You could argue over who has a better broth and such. I find theirs to be fine and does the trick. I guess a touch more anise would be nice but you could make it at home for more money(hit up the Asian Pacific Market, it’s not tough). The«special phở» which includes filet mignon is my favorite. I would not order the seafood though you may enjoy it. I am a stickler for very fresh seafood and this is not Vietnam, Thailand, or a coastal community. Funny, I like the«Krab» the best. So my take, get a menu or go online, order your self up some yummy food(especially the Phở or Bun) and enjoy it in your nice comfortable home if you are nearby. Else, just get over the fact it’s going to look like half the Asian restaurants in town but the food makes up for that. It’s not a chain, it’s a young friendly couple(owners), they work VERY hard), and you can do a lot worse. Oh and they are(or at least were) open so early you could even eat phở for breakfast as is done often in Vietnam.

Recommended by a friend. A bit hard to find since we are not local. Ordered the steak phở to start. They give us an interesting chili paste different than others. The soup is really good. Definitely a place to try when you are craving for a phở soup.

This place is well kept, the customer service from the waitresses are up to par if not pretty good, and I definitely plan to come again. I would recommend this phở place to locals looking for a spot that has a pretty close taste to vietnamese food that’s similar to places in the Bay Area. The business seems pretty slow around the afternoon; lunchtime has a good amount of customers. Overall, try this place out and hopefully your experience was as good as mine! Happy Unilocaling!

We were a little hesitant on staying when walking in. The place was kind of a mess and it took the server awhile to come over but it was really busy. The reviews are spot on about the service, hence the four stars instead of five. The food however was great. I got the combo noodle bowl for $ 10 and my mom got the small brisket phở for $ 6.25(I think). Both were delicious. Sometimes phở broth is too light and flavorless, this had just the right amount of spices. The combo noodle bowl was pretty big. The chicken was juicy, shrimp cooked just right and egg rolls were awesome. If you’re one of those people that freak out over bad service then I wouldn’t come here but if you can get past that it’s definitely worth a try.

Before we moved away from Colorado Springs, we ate here A LOT!!! We became regular patrons and Linh always asked if we wanted the usual, she remembered every detail down to our preferences, even on little things. The last day I ate here I finally got to meet the chef and I was so happy because I had to thank him for always making such great food. This is a great family owned establishment and I miss their food already! I have been gone a little over a month now and tried one Vietnamese place so far and it does not compare or even come close to the great food served here! This is serious comfort food. I MISSYOUPHOLUU!!! Get the 1B combination bowl. It has everything, the most wonderful grilled meats(pork, beef, chicken and shrimp), traditional vegetables(cucumber, lettuce, bean sprouts and pickled carrot and daikon) and fried spring roll, chopped peanuts and tiny fried onion bits that add a perfect touch. The meats have an incredible flavor and be sure to use the special chile topping they make, it’s amazing!
