Photographer’s Edge

I have been a customer of Photographers Edge for many years, I typically buy cards in bulk to take advantage of the can city pricing. Therefore I usually have several years worth of cards «in stock.» This year in preparing my holiday cards I found that the glue on all the envelopes was defective — it did not stick!
I called and was told by the manager that it was too late to ask for replacements. While he admitted that the envelopes are not made by Photographers Edge and that I could have received a «bad batch» he was not willing to send replacements. The only thing was to purchase new envelopes at $ 0.125 each. I now have over 100 cards and envelopes that I cannot use for selling cards as I will not provide envelopes that do not seal.
I do not think that Photographers Edge cares about it customers and their business needs.

Excellent!!! They have bright, bold, beautiful catalogs. I’ve done business with them a couple times and have never had any problems. They have a great selection of photographic items, these items tend to be for a photography business mind you. They do carry a selection of some photographic equipment. I’ve bought a personalized stamp+pad from them to use on the back of pictures. Then I also bought some small calendars that one uses each individual pictures for a different month. I highly reccomend doing business with them.
