I was traveling to Colorado for a conference and wanted to hike Pikes Peak. Did a search and found PPAS, made a phone call and left a message regarding one day trek. Pete called back promptly and we discussed the particulars and made the arrangements. Night before climb Pete came to my hotel to check my gear and go over the hike. Pete picked me up at my hotel and away we went. Pete was a great guide, I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend Pikes Peak Alpine School!

We are Texas residents who had planned our annual Colorado trip when this great opportunity came via LivingSocial — a coupon for rock climbing instruction! the 4 of us signed up, a little unsure of what were getting into. When we arrived at the park in the morning we finally met our guides — PPAS owner Jamie and our guide, Phil. The brought equipment, gear, shoes and great attitudes! They were thorough and patient, explained everything we were going to, everything they did and helped us through the whole process. We worked mostly with Phil who was so positive and encouraging and a great belayer! Thanks so much for this great ½ experience!
