Terrible. The «hand tossed» pizza dough didn’t look anything like the hand tossed crust as advertised — and it tasted FROZEN, old and freezer burned, and was also flat and dried out. It was honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and while Pizza Hut is never a real winner, this was beyond sub par, even for them. It was so bad we actually threw away the leftovers, which is sacrilege when it comes to pizza. And it was $ 28 for a two-​topping pizza and an overcooked cookie. Such a waste. We’ll never order from this place again.

We gave this Pizza Hut another chance because it’s my favorite pizza, but this was the last straw. Finally received a warm pizza, however, I couldn’t help but gag when I picked up a piece because it was so soggy. It didn’t even make it to my plate right next to the box! A big thanks to this Pizza Hut on Barnes Road, I now can’t order a delicious stuffed crust pizza because this is the only close one to my house and they are absolutely HORRIBLE. This location doesn’t even deserve one star, but no stars unfortunately isn’t an option. I still love Pizza Hut, but I definitely recommend that you do not waste your time or money at this location.

Worst experience with this Pizza Hut. Made an online order and it was to be deliver an hour and 10 minutes after. Well as 20 minutes had passed the time it was supposed to get here we finally call and turns out our order wasn’t even ready and it would take another 40 minutes to an hour for it to be delivered… never ordering here again. Why not have the decency to give your customers a call and tell them oh you know, that their order is going to be a whole hour and a half late. Never again.

Currently waiting for delivery on a small order (1 pizza and 1 order of 8 wings) placed 90 minutes ago. I understand being busy, but seriously? It’s a Wednesday afternoon. If we wanted to wait this long, we would have gone out for something much better.

This pizza hut is one of the worst pizza huts I’ve ever used. Every time we order pizza from them, the pizza arrives lukewarm and stale. Same with the breadsticks. In fact, the personal pan pizza and breadsticks you get from a Pizza Hut Express in a gas station is leagues better than this pizza hut. I think we have just made our last order from this one.

Dang… I forgot how expensive delivery was… I got charged $ 2.50 for them to deliver a large Meat Lovers pizza… also got upsold for extra cheese ($ 1) but I can’t say I really noticed any extra cheese.
Next time, I’ll save the $ 2.50 delivery charge and $ 4 tip and just swing by to pick up my pie.
Pizza itself was average.

Why bother with Pizza Hut and it’s excessively salty pizza when there are other really good places around.
