Jonathan was awesome! I lost my keys n snow. 1st place I called said couldnt get key code. 2nd charged outrageous amount. It took about 3 days to come out (lots of snow this week) but all i wanted to know is «for sure if,» Pop a Lock will be able to successfully get code for key replacement? I called everday n Jonathan assured me it will be successful. Yep! He was. Came out late at night. Very polite n customer friendly. Awwsome job. Very affordable.

Where should I start! Tried getting them to come out for 4 days but they were always too busy. Scheduled a time today and when I called to make sure they could still come out they said they were in calahan about 45 minuets away. They have no urgency. Im still waiting on a call from them. They said they would call me back after a call about 30 minuets ago. This is the worst locksmith ive ever seen.

I made the mistake of trying to go with someone else who advertised a cheaper price, then when they got there tried to charge me 2x as much as pop a lock charges for a car lock out service. When I called pop a lock back because I didn’t want to pay 100 dollars to get into my car Jonathan was there in a hurry and opened my vehicle up with no problems, even tho it was raining out he was super friendly. If I ever have any other locksmith needs I will be back at pop a lock, and I recommend anyone who reads this save themselves from a headache and do the same.
