We were needing something small to hold what did not fit into our rental apartment. Thomas was informative and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely
suggest this facility to others.

Everything about my experience at public storage was HORRIBLE! At move in, the property manager Omar, swore that the prices of the unit rarely changed. It must have just been my luck, because within 2 months, the price of my unit increased 15%. It’s safe to say that none of the money I was paying for the duration of the year went to maintaining the facilities. The facility is extremely poorly lit, offers no security cameras (with the exception of the main office, and the potholes I the parking lot are large enough to blow out a tire. The magnetic doors leading to the indoor units were broken the entire year, so rocks were needed just to keep the door open. Once inside, the units are not individually roofed. Chicken wire is all that keeps out dust, bugs, or even other people from being able to look inside or potentially break in your unit. Speaking of bugs, not only did I find mouse droppings throughout my unit, I also noticed a cockroach walking down the main hallway. To sum up my experience, it was DISGUSTING. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to store your things.

We have rented from this location for four years and have never had an issue. Great customer service and Omar has gone above and beyond to accommodate. And, they keep the grounds nice and clean.
