We have been using Donna Hilderbrand for 6 years now and what a HUGE disappointment! Not only does she not do her inspections on your home, she does not take care of your property as though he is managing it. An agreement was made with tenants and that agreement was broken with no security deposit left to fix these issues. Her supervising staff has a lot of difficulty controlling her. Donna also let a utility bill slip pass and it was sent to collection nine months later. Her fault, but my credit. No restitution was made, not even a sorry. I would highly discourage using this company to anyone! I gave them one star only because it is required, I would not give them anything if I could!

We were referred to Rick Allen through another real estate professional. Rick demonstrated his understanding of the local market by helping us respond to changing conditions. Rick ended up overcoming the most difficult of herculean tasks: bad location, bad location, bad location. Rick connected us with a local staging professional and brought in a professional photographer. He stepped us through prepping our house and maintaining it throughout the sales process to ensure it would be attractive to prospective buyers.
Whenever we needed something from Rick, he was no further than a phone call away. We found him easy to communicate with personally and found him to be an empathetic listener.
When we received an early offer, Rick helped us turn down the offer. His concern wasn’t just the lower price offered, but he didn’t think the buyer would end up qualifying thus necessitating going through the process all over again.
When we did get a good offer, Rick did a great job of working through the buyer’s requests and accommodating them when appropriate and countering with alternatives when needed.
We ended up selling our home in 71 days while neighboring homes languished on the market for over a year. The closing went smoothly wrapping up an overall great experience in selling our home.

Bait and switch tactics and incredibly rude! Called about a listing on trulia; stated it had already been rented after being posted one day, but another property was available for rent in the same area. As soon as I mentioned cats, she said they were not accepted, said thanks for your call, and hung up on me! Didn’t even bother to talk to me about other properties. I would never do business with this firm!
