RM Window Tint

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. My car was tinted through the dealer when I purchased it and there was a miscommunication about what I wanted. When I called them to express exactly what I wanted, not only did they promise to give me the tint job I wanted, they actually ended up re-​doing the job to accommodate my needs. Their customer service was absolutely amazing, and friendly and fast and thoughtful. I wouldn’t take my care anywhere else and I’m looking forward to getting my clear bra done there as well. Excellent quality and excellent service.

We took our 2015 Outback in to RM Window Tint to have a clear bra and door handle protection film on. The door handle pieces weren’t quite right. They replaced them, no questions asked and for no charge. Will recommend to anyone.

Disappointed about the work done. I’m going to give them a second chance before I post my thorough review.

I have had nothing but a extremely positive experience with RM. I’ve taken all my cars there for 10+ years and will continue to take them there. I send everyone I know and super confident they will do a great job. Best place in town to get any tint, clear bra and extras to your home or cars. I don’t trust anyone else.

We have had two cars tinted here, and have never had a problem. No nonsense, but professional job. Good advice on color of tint and shades. I would recommend. About to have a third car tinted.

I’m a repeat customer and they are by far the best window tinting shop in Colorado Springs. I previously owned an Acura that was tinted by RM Window Tint before my purchase. Since they work with local car dealerships, the quality of work is very good, as good as factory tint. I went back last week with my new BMW and their work was once again perfect. I originally contacted them about a higher priced product (Llumar CTX 30 Ceramic Tint), they suggested a lower priced alternative, which is very good. Any business that puts their customer’s needs above their own is a very good business, RM Window Tint is one such business.

Had these people do a clear bra and window tint. The tint job wasn’t too bad except for a window that had to be redone. The clear bra looked terrible — edges were coming off and had a huge 4 – 5 inch bubble in the front. Took it back and they fixed it however when asked about my warranty paperwork, they got nasty and said that they weren’t going to give me any. Also, one of the guys came out after he fixed the tint job and on one of the windows, looked like he popped the bubbles instead of replacing the tint. So, now I have little scratches all over the window. When told that he’d have to fix it again, he said «no I won’t» and walked back inside.
The only reason these people are in business are because they are so close to the dealerships otherwise their lack of customer friendly service would have them on the street. The girl at the front desk had an attitude 2 of the 3 days I went in there. They focus on quantity and not quality.
