This location is brilliant! I l love the crew here. The manager is very down-to-Earth and attentive. She is always in a great mood too. The approach to candy is very unique. There are a lot of creative risks taken(chocolate jalapenos!) and I’m a huge fan. If you are in the Chapel Hills Mall, definitely stop by. This place has the best caramel apples in Colorado Springs. Consider me a regular.

I never knew of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory before yesterday! We were visiting the Springs and I spotted this lil gem in the same plaza we ate lunch at. And anything chocolate, I’m in! The employees of the shop were very nice and helpful, didn’t rush us one bit. I got some pretty tasty desserts. A milk chocolate sucker, a chocolate bar w/almonds, and regular fudge. I dunno how I felt about the fudge honestly, but the others were excellent. One person in our party got a chocolate truffle which was spicy I think it was chili? And my son got a ice cream cone which he was just fine with haha. I did not realize this was a chain, so I’ll be happy to try some more sweets at other locations closer to home as well!

Nice folks working, took the time to answer all of my kids’ questions! Great RMCF! We almost made a mistake in ordering something we didn’t want, but because they didn’t rush us, we were able to pick something much better. I have to say, the Oreo samples were pretty great!

The briargate location is tucked into the Shops at Briargate next to Maggie Moos and Starbucks. It has a great selection of various chocolate treats from caramel apples to heath bar like creations. Its not the fanciest chocolate but good to satisfy that craving. Service is great. only downside might be price.
