Absolutely first rate; a true professional. Phil has many years of experience and it shows by arriving on time, neatly dressed, with the necessary tools and parts in-​hand. No endless calls for parts or trips to a parts supplier. He ably took apart the microwave to fix the problem and put it back together — with no leftover parts laying on the floor. He also tuned up the clothes dryer that was getting out of sorts. Total bill was very reasonable. Hire him without worry.

Came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with my washer, got the part within 45 minutes was back at my house and my washer was repaired. Rates were extremely reasonable and will definitely call again if a problem arises.

Phil far exceeded my expectations for service. He has good communication, is on time, efficient, clean, courteous, professional, informative and did a great job fixing both my oven and dishwasher. His prices were very reasonable — good quality repair with an exceptional quality service that is better than his competition. I would say the repair was exceptional but I have no idea what the difference between exceptional and good would be… I just know it works again! I’d recommend Service First Appliance Repair to anyone.
