SMALLCLAIMSCOURT This guy is a joke. He asked my husband for a very expensive rifle in exchange for $ 7600 worth of dental services for me. I had three crowns done(two of which have broken), started the Invisalign trays and then without explanation, he dismissed me as a patient and would not return the rifle or refund the money. I filed a complaint with the regulatory division in Colorado and heading to small claims court. Also found he has been disciplined twice before by the disciplinary board for misconduct.

This dentist is not one that you should go to if you have any wishes to be seen by someone that has a heart and cares about your health and well-being as a person. They will charge you a $ 50 fee if you cancel an appointment inside of 24 hours. While this may not seem unusual, what is unusual is his callous and an empathetic nature. If you are in a car accident or a health tragedy or any other thing that may physically preventing you from being there at your appointment they will have zero empathy for you and demand the money for the cancellation fee. It will make no difference to them if you have literally lost your job or your car or have no place to live, they want that 50 regardless of what it costs you. Any doctor or dentist worth their weight should have some sort of empathetic nature in their billing and collection practice if you have literally no way to get to the appointment and have lost everything. one would think that dentist would have an altruistic nature at least enough to waive a $ 50 fee for an appointment that was never kept. It will not even matter if you happen to be considerate enough to phone the dentist while in the literal midst of your tragedy to let them know you won’t be there. They are straight up hard-core business and nothing but business at this place. Any facsimile of a caring nature or smile that they give you is a false front that they are putting forward. If they are a member of a church locally I would suggest that church seriously reconsider the Kimmelman’s membership. There are no better than the old money traders in Jerusalem’s temples.
