We are headed to Mexico and wanted to get a head start on our tan. Great place, good packages, clean and never too crowded. The hours are great — I can go after work and there is always a booth available. I think the packages are reasonable — although I don’t go anywhere else!

The prices for the higher level beds are very pricey and I can get the same tan for 30 dollars cheaper (Level 4 is 44 dollars) at other salons. There is an employee at Tan your Hide named Shianne who is such a delight whenever I go into the tanning salon, that it has justified paying the higher price to be provided with excellent customer service. Thank you Shianne.

Just started a membership tonight and the girl working up front was kind, professional, honest and very knowledgable. I had a lot of questions about tanning and she answered every one. The salon was clean and up to date. Would highly recommend.

The customer service and knowledge of the staff is unparalleled at Tan Your Hide. The level 3 and 4 beds are always hot and tan my hide in 10 – 12 mins or less! Clean clean clean! This is my favorite location too, the girls are awesome!

Love it that now I’m being called a liar. Just shows the level this company operates at. Still disgusted with their business practices and will NEVER recommend them. Mama always said that people who have been wronged tend to tell the truth. Why else would I post this?
And bless your heart! You were the one I spoke to who said you would close out my account. You lied. Your exact words to me «We are not allowed to do this, but I will assign your account to someone else.» If you had no intention then you should not of said that. But I guess you get some kind of kickback from the collections agency. In any event, I settled and now the account is off my record. But I will forever warn people about this disgusting business.

When it says «new bulbs» on the front of the building, they weren’t kidding. The stand-​up booth is the best I’ve found in town and it is always in tip top working order as well as quite nice and clean. The gal at the front has always been super helpful also and always greets me with a smile. She always knows exactly which booth I want and for how long before I even have to tell her. Lovely place and the rates are reasonable if you sign up for a year contract and don’t plan on moving. It’s $ 40 a month but you can go as often as you like which really isn’t that bad considering i go about once a week. I will probably be renewing once my contract expires.

The facilities are fantastic, always clean and always in good shape. The desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
My only complaint with this company is a policy that was surprising. First off, be aware that if you sign up for a monthly membership that there is a $ 10 a month tanning tax. Also, if you have to move at any point during your membership, you’ll have to keep paying. I moved out of state and am still paying on the membership even though there are no Tan Your Hides nearby. I did find someone who was kind enough to take over the remainder of my membership, with a $ 30 transfer fee. Military can get out of the contract but any other reason for moving does not qualify. So be sure that you are not going to move during your membership.
