The Cupcake Doctor

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They have a ton of variety of flavors GREAT décor and the taste is phenomenal!!! I’m always pleased with the service from employees and I always get 100% from them! I will continue getting my kids cakes and any other cakes/​cupcakes from them. GREAT job guys!!!

I’m not sure why this is reviewed so poorly. They blow Cupcake Girls out of tbe water. Great cupcakes. Great, friendly service, better prices, and a military discount. They had a nice selection. Cupcakes were moist and full of flavor. Yum! We will be back.

The Cupcake Doctor makes delicious cupcakes in many different flavors. Honestly, these are the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. I love the Red Velvet and anything to do with chocolate. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

My favorite cupcakes in town, for reals. Traditional style recipes with real ingredients and it shows. These are not your processed grocery store cupcakes! They are also not overly sugary but perfectly sweet to satisfy a craving. And with a wide variety of flavors rotating weekly there is plenty of reason to pay frequent visits. Audio keep them in mind for slavishly orders, their creativity in custom projects is stunning!

These cupcakes are the definition of perfection. I’ve never had better! The cake is fluffy and the frosting is creamy and not too sugary. My personal favorites are the port wine cupcake, the maple bacon and vanilla. Best cupcakes in town!

Always a great selection of cupcakes each and every day. The presentation of the cupcakes are wonderful but even more important, the taste of the cupcakes are phenomenal! Always a friendly staff that take the time to get to know their customers.
Can always count on having a consistent product from the Cupcake Doctor! They are always willing to try new products. (Ice cream, breads, etc).

Presentation of the cupcakes is pretty cool! The cupcakes are pretty good, but I have had better ones. Not really a cupcake guy, but I suggest giving this place a try!

Terrible. The setup of the store is awful and uninviting, the register check-​out process is terrible, the selection of cupcakes was pitiful and the cupcakes were not even good. We arrived on a Sunday — waited behind one couple in front of us for almost 10 minutes while the owner was attempting to ring up their purchases on two separate registers because they were also purchasing chocolate which is apparently sold by a different company in their store. When we got up to the counter, we found one of the smallest and most sad-​looking bakery displays we’ve ever seen — just a few different flavors — nothing special or inventive — and most of the case was empty. The owner stated that they were ‘testing whether to be open on Sundays’ as an explanation for why they had almost nothing. That’s pretty much ensuring that failure is a self-​fulfilling prophecy when you even bother opening with nothing in stock. For the cupcakes — if you’re opening a ‘cupcake bakery’ and relying completely on one baked good for success — you better have amazing cupcakes. Not here. The cake is dry and crumbly and the frosting tasted like wet sugar that’s so sweet it just overwhelms the whole cupcake. I tried the cookies and cream — the cake was dry as dirt and the chunk of Oreo on top tasted old and moisture logged. The frosting was mediocre and way too sweet. My husband tried the orange cream. The cake again was dry and boring and the frosting was so sweet it was just gross. The store was cluttered and extremely hot, and the whole left side of the cramped was piled with patio furniture that the owner claimed she brought inside because it was going to rain — which makes no sense because patio furniture is designed to be outside and it wasn’t raining. The counter/​bakery case is a makeshift mess of pallets and a pitifully small case, and the one table in the place had the owner’s laptop and cell phone sitting on it, preventing anyone from sitting there anyway. Beyond the terrible cupcakes, they obviously didn’t take into consideration any sort of customer service experience when opening this place based on the layout, lack of seating and the fact that there isn’t even a counter upon which to sign your credit card receipt. If this is the cupcake doctor, I think it’s time to change providers.

I am sorry to report, the cupcakes I purchased today were terrible. I popped in to their new store and got a variety of flavors for my son’s birthday. Not even my kids would eat them. They were super dry. Like dirt. Frosting was not good. My husband said the chocolate frosting «tastes like an ashtray». Money wasted and now I feel like I owe my son something yummy. Fail.
I’m sad to leave this review because the staff was super friendly and I really liked chatting with the gal that was helping me. Hopefully they can get some moist, flavorful recipes to improve!

Her cupcakes are wonderful. She isn’t very close to us, but we make trips out to grab a few of her yummy cupcakes from time to time. I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday from her and they turned out great.
