I needed to print a few things and had to call because the online ordering wasn’t working. The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. When I got to the store, service was prompt and friendly. I haven’t had to ship anything through them, but as far as printing goes I had a great experience.

Will never use UPS again. Especially the location at 2910 North Powers Blvd. Colorado Springs, Colorado. Went into the store to ship a package at the beginning of December. As the employee was putting in the address. There was an error trying to find the address. Which I told him to go ahead and over ride. Because I was sure that I had the correct address. A couple days later I was contacting the person I sent the package to asking if she has received anything yet. Which she hasn’t. So I checked on the UPS tracker. Which told me it needed the correct address. So I doubled checked, and sure enough I switched the numbers around. So that was all my fault. I also remembered that I ordered items from toy store to be shipped to this same person’s house. Which was being shipped by UPS. So I check that tracking number. I also made the same mistake. I went to the UPS location stated at the beginning. A blond older lady very unhappy to even be there assisted me. I told her the problem with the package I shipped at the store. And she called to track the package and give them the correct address. The package was in the correct city. And the person over the phone asked for the phone number of the person receiving the package. She called the person I sent the package to. To tell her the package would be there tomorrow. Which I gave her. Once that was figured out. I asked the blond very unhappy older lady. What can I do about the package I sent from the toy store, which was shipped through UPS. She said since this was through a toy store UPS can’t do anything, and that I have to call UPS. She gave me the phone number and sent me on my way. I got into my car and called UPS customer service. Explained I had the wrong address, told her the correct one, and she said it would be there tomorrow. I called my family member to tell her the package would be there tomorrow. And she said yes she received a call about it. The next day she said she got the toy store package, but NOT the other one yet. So I gave it a couple more days. I then received a phone call from the same location UPS store. Saying there’s package that got sent back to us. And again I told him a lady from this store called and gave the correct address. I ask if he can try sending it back. He said ok. Then next day the same guy calls me. Telling me I would have to pay to have it reshipped. I told him to hold it there and I will pick it up. I’m not paying another $ 18 for something that was not my mistake. So now that Christmas is over I still have this package/gift. It’s sad that I called about one package, and it got there just fine. But when a UPS employee calls, the other package was NOT received. I shouldn’t have to pay if I wanted it reshipped.

The UPS store is helpful because it’s open later than the post office. They send mail via USPS so if you have to get a letter sent today but couldn’t make it to a post office location, you can still get it taken care of.
