This place is so incredibly loud that I couldn’t even hear myself think, the acoustics are terrible and there is always a tv blasting sports at full volume. Also it took the waitress about 20 min to even just get me a drink… The food could be found at any other restaurant and you’d be much happier

Went here as it was one of 3 eating establishments outside of our hotel on a snowed in day. Place wasn’t crowded, bare bones staff, but the waitress was friendly and provided good service. Food was pretty darn good too. I had a chicken caesar roll up thing and could only eat half. Fun place to spend a snow day afternoon!

Food was not good. Food had been sitting long time before served to me. This place has gone downhill. Girls should be in better shape to work here. Most had flabby middles which is not very appealing when eating my food. My server Bonny was not friendly at all-I felt like I was bothering her.

Bartender was awesome… Some cute girls and guys workin there. Eye candy for all. But they closed on a Saturday night at midnight. And the place was pretty much closed up and the ‘Get the hell out’ warning came at exactly 11:30pm with lights on-off-on and then vacuuming until we left. Gumption Cider was delicious though!

Here’s my first time on Unilocal. So here’s how Monday night played out: me and one of my friends get there and didn’t get greeted by anyone until about 3 – 4 mins in. We waited to be seated because that’s what the sign said. No one was up front to greet us. Awesome. We finally get seated and got our beers on and ordered some food. Well, the food didn’t show up until 45 mins later(boneless wings take that long to fry up?) and it was also cold when it got to our table. We didn’t receive any silverware. I asked for some but never got any. Couldn’t ever find our waitress. Ate my food with my fingers(even the coleslaw). So yeah, terrible service last night = terrible rating on here. I’ve worked in the industry as a cook at Texas Roadhouse before so I know when nights are busy but this was stupid. I got the check before I ever got silverware. Ya no thanks… At least the beer was good so there’s my 2 stars instead of one.

Not impressed at all. Honestly I was digusted by the display of the waitresses mid drift being exposed while trying to eat my food. I guess if your a guy looking to have a beer, watch 6000 TVs and gawk at the underdressed staff this is your place. Otherwise if you want a decent meal go to Old Chicago 200ft away.

The locations is great and the restaurant is nice but the service is terrible. We walked in on a Tuesday night around 7p, we weren’t greeted right away because the girl at the front said she wasn’t a hostess and walked away. After the hostess came and sat us we sat for over 5 minutes and were not greeted. A table of 6 were sat well after we were and they were greeted immediately and served drinks, at this time no one had even said hi to us. We left, very disappointed and will not return.

My son and I stopped in today for late lunch around 1:30. We were seated promptly and then waited at least 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order or at least acknowledge us. Although they weren’t busy, that never happened so we left. Fortunately, there are plenty of other eating establishments nearby.

Worst service ever!!! Waitress only came out 1 time in a 1 ½ period. Also can’t even get the order correct. And if you plan on getting a mixed drink, yeah right!!! Talk about inconsistency… Will not be coming back

It’s exactly what you would expect. A lot of young girls, not nearly as well presented as some other sports bar of this type. We went on a busy night but were able to get a table with a larger group of 8 which was nice. I wouldn’t expect that though because of the large crowd. Our waitress wasn’t very quick and either the meals were sitting under a hot lamp for a long time or they need to turn up their stoves, etc because my husband’s Shepard pie was incredibly luke warm. Luke warm is being generous. Unfortunately we figured by the time they took it back and corrected it the rest of us would’ve been done. We didn’t though so I can’t fully attest to that. Considering how incredibly slow they were it’s probably a safe assumption. I tried ordering Glenlivit which they didn’t have(unfortunate but not a big deal). The sad part though is when I asked her what other brands they had she had no clue what Glenlivet even was. I understand it’s mainly a sports bar that serves beer but not knowing what kind of scotch you carry is not a plus if you serve a full bar. It’s scotch, not rocket science. I am a stickler for bar knowledge and good service. The prices aren’t any higher than another sports bar. I had the pork belly Mac and cheese which was tasty. Not quite as good as Trapper’s Rendezvous down the street though. If you go for beer and watching sports it’s definitely the right place. If you want good service and a drink other than beer along with a hot meal, not so much.

I went there yesterday(October 24th2015). My review is mainly about the food. I ordered a chicken tender meal with garlic fries. The fries were soggy and the chicken tenders were undercooked. Which is why I have been sick all day on the toilet. The chicken tenders were nowhere near big enough for this to happen on accident. I will not be coming here again nor referring anyone.

Think Irish Hooters and you’re at the Tilted Kilt. The one bonus here is you get is the bus boys that are attractive young men and YES, wearing kilts. I find it very attractive. So men and women will both enjoy the atmosphere here. The food is just good bar food. If you’re going here you aren’t going for the culinary experience.

I had high hopes that this would mirror the tilted kilts I’ve been to in other locations, but I was disappointed. Sure, the servers are cute and friendly but the food and beer was underwhelming. No beer tubes! Food was very forgettable and your standard sports bar food. Take a cue from other TK’s and give me something more unique than an ‘Applebees’ with skirted waitresses

This is just a sports bar with a lot of TVs. The servers appear to be primarily women in small skirts – not enough material to qualify as kilts. There was one guy with a tee shirt that said«Real men wear kilts.» I had a club sandwich which was quite good, but lacked the inner piece of bread associated with club sandwiches. It was delicious and satisfying. I had several choices of fries and other items, I took the garlic fries. They were not up to the standard of the sandwich, I’d try something else next time instead of these limp and greasy potatoes. I ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive without being intrusive. The décor is better than some sports bars, but the prices were a little higher too. It is pretty much just another sports bar only with a Scottish theme. The noise level was a little high for my liking, but those who have read my other reviews know that I am a little sensitive to ambient sound levels. I don’t think a successful business lunch could be had here for that reason.

The food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor. The garlic fries weren’t overbearing and cooked to perfection. Even though the place is loud, it’s spread out enough that you don’t have to yell to talk to the people at your table. I love the different sayings all over the place. The décor and atmosphere are really cool. The service was out of this world. Our server, Shayna, took part in my adult son and I razzing my 14yo for not wanting to «look». He calmed before the evening was over and before we left I even got a picture of Shayna and my son. She made us feel like friends, not just another table of customers. We discussed her tattoo, talked a lil bit about kids, I even got to see a picture of her child. I enjoy establishments that do that, go a lil above to make you feel like more than just another table. We’ve decided to make a trip here a month must do and we’ll be looking for Shayna’s section each time we go.

We had heard good things and were not disappointed. It is open and clean, considerably nicer than hooters(Similar theme, but with kilts.) The wait staff were friendly and for the most part attentive. The menu has a decent range of food. Our appetizers of onion rings and pretzels were okay, nothing fancy, but tasty. Our mains were a «big arse burger,(dubliner, extra ½ lb,) a chicken wrap. An order of chicken fried chicken and a buffalo chicken flat bread. The burger was ordered medium rare and came well done. The chicken fried chicken came with mashed potatoes, it was good, other than the gravy tasting like it was out of a box. The chicken wrap was very good. The buffalo chicken flat bread was okay, good flavor, just the flat bread was soggy and limp. I suspect this themed bar with televisions everywhere would be fun to watch a game and have a few beers.

Sat at the bar with Sami. Although the place was hopping, she never left me thirsty. Great service!

Slow service… 10 minutes for water, drink order lost & then took another 20 minutes. Food took 45 minutes for most & the rest was forgotten. When it all finally came, half of it was cold or soggy, lettuce was wilted and the vegetables were overcooked. When the manager was asked for, her response was«we are having some kitchen issues». Hopefully, they get it together soon!

Not as good as other locations. I used to go to the Kilt all the time back in Texas, but this location does not do the brand justice. Service is slow, food is hit-or-miss, and the crowd is rowdier than it should be. I went to the Kilt twice in the last week, and had wildly different results. The first time, service was good. The hostess was clearly very inexperienced, but that’s understandable. Food however was sub par. My wife ordered the shepherd’s pie, and I had fish and chips. Both dishes should be staples of the KILT’s cuisine. Both dishes were only okay. My wife really didn’t like the shepherd’s pie though. The second time, we had better food, but the rest of the experience sucked. We were sat next to a big group who seemed to think they were the only ones in the whole building. They were clearly drunk, but the staff kept serving them and never did anything about their rowdy behavior. Our waitress was EXTREMELY slow. It took almost 20 minutes to pay our bills. I’d think that getting my money would be a top priority. Apparently not, unless you’re a table full of frat daddies ordering pitchers of beer. I really want the Kilt to do well. I love this chain, and I was very excited when I saw they were opening up here. I’m going to give them a few months to work out the kinks though.
