Save your money seriously. This place isn’t worth it. The buffet area is so small they have literally no options and there is hardly any food set out on the tables. It’s weird. Also, no ice cream machine which to me makes a great buffet. The Fraser options were super weird and looked like they had been sitting out all day. Seriously the icing on the cake peeled off like a film. The sushi on the buffet is gross. The fish in it shimmered a weird metallic Color which is NOT a good thing. We went with friends after convincing them to try it with us and felt so bad/embarrassed after. We were all disgusted and let down. I don’t know who on here is rating them highly because they must not have tastebuds. Seriously, TERRIBLESUSHI do not listen to the sushi noobs on here. Anyways. Just save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Wide selection of items. We liked the mongolian BBQ choices, and tempura items. Fast service and friendly staff. The fried honeyed wontons for dessert were a different item, but great!

Fresh and tasty. They have almost everything you could eat the only thing missing was the crab leg although to tell you the truth am not sure any buffets do that any more so worth a try and will visit again if ever in the area.

First thing the wife and myself do upon arriving in a new town, is locate a favorite Sushi joint. It is not uncommon for myself to eat anywhere from $ 80 to $ 100 of nigiri in one sitting. This was our first time at U-like, we both ate for under $ 50, and that’s including the buffet, as well as all-you-can eat sushi and drinks. Naturally you can’t expect 5-star quality out of a buffet but the food was about the best I’ve had for the price and I had no problems filling my plate up in between sushi orders. The place was very clean and the service was amazing! All in all the best bang for the buck and we definitely will be returning on a regular basis.

Eek! Methinks not pretty much sums this place up. Cold, rather disgusting food. Didn’t get the«sushi» we ordered, was just handed some random material that resembled some type of sushi, but certainly wasn’t the sushi we ordered. The next day we were completely shocked we didn’t die of some type of food poisoning. So, I guess that is a bonus.

No, I DON’T like… some of the food tasted fresh… However, some of the food did not taste so fresh. Temperatures on the serving lines were very inconsistent. Overall, I think the food could have been hotter on the lines for sure. I have been to many Chinese buffets in my time, and this one was certainly lackluster at best. I thought the food was marginal, and nobody in my family particularly raved about anything. We all agreed that the food was edible but nothing to write home about. It was disappointing enough for me to write this Unilocal review, which I haven’t done in some time. This restaurant will need to step up its game in a big way if they want to stay in business; not going the way of other Chinese buffets in Colorado Springs that failed miserably.

We came in just around noon for lunch. There was only 1 other table currently eating. The bar had plenty of options but nothing seemed very full. My biggest concern is that most of the food was very cold. The manager did approach us and I provided him with that information and he promptly went to look at the bar and returned saying that they turned up the temperature. Of there 6 sushi selections(with the buffet option) there was 3 pieces each placed out. The California roll and the Tuna roll were ok. They had an option out for Tempura Sushi. I asked the sushi chef what type of Tempura sushi it was and they could not answer me. The manager returned again to ask us how the food was and I explained. He went back to investigate as to why they couldn’t answer. Appears they take there sushi rolls and randomly deep fry it in Tempura. Not a very common practice. The staff is friendly and did come by often to check on us. Overall, I was not impressed. My wife who dined with me also felt the same. Likely not to return.

Quiet and friendly staff. Food is fresh because the put out smaller portions that the refill frequently. The fried rice is a bit sweeter than I’m used to; kind if reminded me of tapioca. The do have the normal sticky white rice and brown rice too. Lots of variety here.

Good price. Bad food. We went here at 7pm on new years day and it was empty! So maybe that was the reason there were not enough food(they didn’t want to waste food, which I understand). But I tried almost everything in the buffet, and everything tasted horrible! Well, except for the California rolls. The buffet has good variety. To be honest: I might be bias since I came here after having dinner at the ultimate buffet a few nights before. Waitress was nice and attentive.

For new years day took my mother in law took myself and my husband to eat here. They said it was 14.99 buffet for a seafood buffet at lunch although there were minimal seafood options and the crab legs were cold. My mother in law asked many times for them to please put more and they didnt listen to her. Then she asked for military discount and they said okay(thet do offer it). however after her having to act 3 times for crab legs to be replaced in the pan and it was never done(so she had four little crab legs) When they gave us our check there was no military discount until again she has to bring it to their attention. One of the waiters also had a bad terrible attitude who was throwing things around, terrible terrible service on that day. It was my first time there and same for my husband… First impression was not good.

They have small portion in the buffet line, which is really nice because you are not eating old, dried out food. They offer a grill and sushi. It’s ok. Overall it’s a descent all you can eat chinese place.

Love this place! This was my 2nd visit. Everything is laid out in an organized manner with labels. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean. A wide variety of foods are available, including sushi, soups, salads, & desserts. Food is fresh and laid out in small portions so that it stays fresh. I will definitely be here repeatedly in the future.

More like U-Barf-It bufffet. This was one of the worst buffets I’ve ever been to. The food on the“hot” bar was lukewarm. The crablegs were ice cold and one was still frozen. I’m still afraid I’ll get sick. Not much of a selection and what was offered was not appetizing. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s seafood buffet tonight. So how can they run out of shrimp tempura??? Doesn’t make sense. Buffet selection looked sad and pathetic. When my husband and I came in, there was one skewer of chicken teriyaki on the serving tray. 15 mins or so in to dinner, there was still one lonely teriyaki on the tray. We didn’t get our monies worth. Ultimate Buffet has better and more selection. Hot foods constantly being brought out.

WHEREDIDMYORIGINALPOSTGOTOO!!! Was 1.5 hours before closing and there was nothing to eat, ended up leaving and read some negative reviews about«warm sushi». Not sure where those reviews went? According to Unilocal they are a 4.5!!!

Amazing. They are very friendly. Never let your drinks get past half empty. Clear the table as soon as you empty a plate. They will come up to you and ask you how you like the food so far. The sushi was amazing. I tried a lot ive never tried before. They came by and recommend trying it different ways. The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. Very happy and would return again.

Stopped by this buffet after seeing it across from the Citadel Mall as well as seeing a sign off Academy for the grand opening. Much to our surprise, this place was really satisfying! Not a huge fan of buffets in general, but the staff and very clean atmosphere made the 5 star rating. The food was fresh and tasted great! My boyfriend was a fan of the amount of sushi along with the buffet for the price you pay. Give it a try! We will definitely be back.
