Not a whole lot to choose from in this small town so I stopped at the Hong Kong Buffet on the downtown square. Met with a very friendly hostess who clearly loves her job. Kitchen staff who kept the buffet stocked was the same. Buffet is small compared to most but the food is excellent. Fresh and prepared with lots of flavor. Good selection of veggies as well as other dishes and some nice shrimp civiche too. Only suggestion is to improve that 88 score on the health inspection. That made me a bit uneasy. Good price for a good lunch.
