I ordered two carne asada tacos. Clearly this place has no idea what asada means in English because they gave me boiled meat taco… It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Just ordered here. Poor customer service, the girl at the window was prude and disrespectful. I highly doubt I’ll be coming back, and I come here twice a week. You guys lost a valued customer thanks to her.

Their Carne Asada Nachos are ok, but everything else is pretty much below average. Today I ordered a breakfast burrito and asked if they had bacon. They told me yes they do. After taking a few bite I realize the«bacon» was turkey bacon. It gave the whole burrito a funky taste. I’m over this mediocre place.

I live in NorCal and after hearing about all the berto like places down here from my so cal friends, I made sure to try this Albertos out after the Paid Dues festival. I had to go for the asada fries. My brothers I brought along enjoyed this place too.

Ordered combo #6(enchilada & beef burrito). When served, burrito was very hot, which was good. I moved it aside and dug for the enchilada… I think it went from the fridge to my plate. That sucker was cold! I opened and the shredded cheese was still intact. Burrito was next… It was shredded beef, but I think shredded plastic would’ve tasted better. Super dry & no seasoning. It was just mixed with onion and green peppers. Half cooked. I had to unfold it and drench it with their red sauce… Then it was slightly better. What I loved… The flour tortilla. It was bomb! Next time I’ll order me some 5 flour tortillas, hold the dry beef, to go.
