McCleaners

This used to be a great place unfortunately the new owner doesn’t have the slightest idea about customer service. First of all my comforter wasn’t cleaned, then they double charged my debit card and refused a refund of one of the charges. Then the owner proceeded to yell at me and call me a liar even though I had a bank statement in my hand and a representative from my bank on speaker phone. Save your money and go elsewhere!

We used this cleaners (McCleaners) when we arrived in Calif back in 2003 and up until the new owners took over. The previous owners were extremely friendly and professional with affordable prices. The new owners that took over in early 2015 lacked professionalism and customer service. Our clothes didn’t look the same which means the quality went down. I even had a very expensive blouse that was «lost» and they continued to tell me they can’t find it. I had never had anything lost or damaged with the previous owners. Not only did I not receive an apology, but never received a call from the new owner or manager regarding the loss. It was one of my favorite blouses and no one has ever called from this cleaners to offer compensation or indicate that they were looking for it to this very day. We have since moved our business elsewhere and pay a little more, but it is worth it.

McCleaners was very good and efficient at affordable price. Until the new owner took over about a month or two ago. The new young receptionist has no customer service skills. She has no business being the person to serve the customers. I am taking my business to another place because of her mean spirit and lack of consideration, inability to think outside the box. Consider putting her in the back and have someone else meet and greet the customers

Great customer service and friendly owners. Been going to this place for years and love the service. All my suits, and dress shirts are dry cleaned here. The prices are fair. If you want good service bring your clothes here.
