Called first thing in morning. Asked if they do concrete/​cement work. All I got was. … «Is this a sales call?» No it wasn’t but it could have been a sale. Wow. … talk about lack of customer service skills. … hate to see the work! ! Going somewhere else.

I recently got my patio done up by this company & as I enjoy my ‘ZEN’ zone this morning, I felt like sharing my experience with you so that any of you thinking of getting some landscaping work done, can call on Don Garrett for some excellent service at a reasonable price.
I have a small patio behind my house — It had a 10’X10’ concrete slab outside the door & the rest was grass with some rose bushes, small palms & vegs along the edges. Simple yet practical. I thought it needed a facelift, so I got everything taken out & made a clean slate for a landscaper. I found some on craigslist & they gave me their ideas & estimates — I liked Don’s attitude, confidence & ideas the best! I didn’t want to get any splurges in ‘cuz our community has a pool & jacuzzi coming in anyway. I had a vision of what I needed & I went out & bought some boulders, a fountain & some deco myself.
Don came in & basically did 4 things:
1. Gave me some good ideas on design & plants
2. Got in his expert concrete & irrigation contractors and brought some interesting plants & gorgeous trees.
3. Worked ‘with’ me on some of my own ideas &
4. Helped me out with some extra small electric/​drilling/​mounting stuff as a friend. I appreciated this, cuz my hubby was out that week & I wanted everythn to be ready when he got back.
Day 1 — stamped concrete was in. Day 2– it dried & set. Day 3 — irrigation pipes went through the underground sleeves & drip pipes along the walls. Day 4 — The plants, boulders & fountain were installed. That’s it. Day 5 — I went out n got the patio set, put up the focus lights, placed the chips & stones & mounted some accents like solar pathway lights & Chinese wall deco… Voila!
I will put up some pics of the transformation. I’m giving them 4 stars, not 5, because there’s alot we did ourselves, so I can’t give a comprehensive rating. If they did everything though, I’m certain it wd be 5 stars! That’s how good they are! Give them a call, TODAY!!!
