My family and I were staying at the Motel 6 nearby on 8−1−15. We couldn’t decide between this PH, Domino’s(too expensive), or something else… I saw that this PH had lackluster reviews, but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t want to waste money on a delivery fee. So, we ordered online and I drove over. I should have heeded the negative reviews here, and just gone to a drive-through place! The customer service is very lax and extremely underwhelming at best. Honestly, they are pretty rude, and very disappointing. The pizza is way, way greasier than I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. The quepapas were almost cold, and not worth the money at all. The pizza wasn’t very good at all. The toppings weren’t what my family expected, especially not from Pizza Hut. We ordered a brownie plate for dessert, but due to them messing up one of our pizzas and having to remake it, the girl at the front desk kept it in the warmer. When the new pizza was brought out, I didn’t realize until I got the pizza back to our room that she hadn’t given me the brownie! I had to drive out to Corona to pick up my brother from work. I called them and said I would be back in time to pick it or a fresh one up, and they were like«uhh ok». When I was back near this PH and called when I was around the corner, it routed me to a driver or something. I said I was almost there to pick up my brownie, and he told me «um, well, nobody’s there now, so…» and said I’d have to talk to a manager the next day. I brought my receipt in the next day around noon, and spoke to an employee that seemed confused at what I was saying. She didn’t seem to believe me since nobody from the night before had left a note about what happened. I asked for a manager and she told me the manager was too busy. I wanted a refund but«all they could do» was either give me a credit for the brownie plate or make me a fresh one. Since we don’t plan to be back in the area anytime soon, I opted for the latter. PH Corporate was notified of all of this. We will NEVER return to this Pizza Hut location.

Customer service wise: one lady that took our order was helpful and nice. While we waited for our 2 pizzas to be ready, one of the guy employees was polite and kind to all the other customers that came through to place orders. The pizza was made fairly fast. From the time we ordered to leaving, our 2 medium custom pizzas took about 15 min. One of our pizzas with the garlic Parmesan sauce was not cooked throughly. There was a clear layer of uncooked dough, which made us sad because the employees were nice. So we had to cook our pizza a little longer. The flavors were great as always: could be Pizza Hut but we like to think it’s because we pick good combination of toppings :-) I personally think customer service is everything which is why I gave 4⁄5 stars instead of 3⁄5. I ended up calling them just to let the person who cooked my pizza know to cook them a little longer. Just for their information so they can get better because I really like Pizza Hut over the other chain pizza places. I did this in a calm voice and they were very nice and apologetic about it. Something tells me that some of the other Unilocalers reviewing this location were not calm when they were notifying Pizza Hut of their problem which doesn’t help the situation. Just a suggestion.

I could care less about Pizza Hut a year ago. They have made some changes to their recipes and it has been for the better. This review is solely based on carry out experience. The pizza I’ve had the past 2 times is the super supreme pizza. It is absolutely delicious!!’ The crust is no longer greasy like it used to be. That was one of the reasons I never cared for it. The topping are so fresh and just plain how they should be! When I get the carry out I’m there right when my pizza is done and it’s hot and fresh! I also bought the new Hershey’s brownie tray and it was so yummy! So worth it! It was even better the day after! Ok. The pizza is great. So great it turned a Pizza Hut hater into a Pizza Hut lover! With that being said I want to weigh in on this particular location. They have gotten a bad wrap. I have not had delivery with them so I do not know what that’s like but the costumer service I have experienced here is plain average. I didn’t not have any negative experience. One reviewer said she waited for 5 minutes? There is a bell to ring if there is no one in front. The place is clean and has one 2 seater bench inside. I’ll be getting Pizza Hut again. And again and again. Enjoy!

I was trying to be open minded regardless of the barely 2 stars this Pizza Hut has but now I’m just mad. I’ve been waiting over an hour for my pizza and it’s not even half a mile from my house! Last time we ordered the pizza was cold and gross, regardless of how much Pizza Hut spices up there recipes they STILLSUCK! for all the money this corporation makes you would think their drivers would be on time but no they’re not. I will definitely NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again and you shouldn’t either; just order from papa johns their pizza is decent and their drivers are on time 98% of the time.

I’m so very upset I wish I could give 0 stars. I switched from being a dominos loyal customer to a pizza hut one. But looks like I’m going back to domino. I ordered my pizza around 09:40 they said I would be here around 10:22 I just signed my recipient at 11:34… Not to mention it was a PERSONALPIZZAONLY4SLICES! ITWASCOLDANDSOGGY. The driver was nice enough to apologize and say sorry a bunch of times and I forgave him but really almost a hour n a half for 4 slices? And on the other note when I called pizza hut to ask where my pizza is the girl just hung up on me not bye not saying a word… I’m not even hungry anymore. Very upset that I wasted my money.

Just order a pizza tonight. my confirmation email said to pick up at 10:42pm.I got there at 10:35pm(earlier) and the door was locked! There was no one at the register so of course no one heard me knock or gave a damn to come answer the door. I’m contacting the corporate office about this. I don’t appreciate my time and gas being wasted!

Order online said 30 minutes. Took 1hour. Driver wrote down all credit card information, including name, exp date, cvv, etc. Rude shift leader, Claudia. Food quality is between poor and moderate. Would have given 3 stars if food was on time and service was good.

I hope their business gets shut down .Took them 45 minutes to deliver the most disgusting, cold pizza. I would rather have paid $ 5 for a semi decent little Caesars pizza than $ 18 for this bland disgusting cold excuse for a pizza. Maybe it got cold when the slow ass rude delivery guy took an hour to copy my card number. Just gross. I’ll never order from Pizza Hut again thanks to this colton location. You guys suck. I love Pizza Hut Pizza… but when I order wings on wing Wednesday which I love because they are a little cheaper… I don’t expect to be charged for ranch or blue cheese. Really Loma Linda Pizza Hut?! You can’t even give me 1 ranch when I order wings? Half the fun of wings… is their dipping sauces! Even their blue cheese sauce is all watered down tasting and there are no blue cheese chunks in it at all. Anyways… Their wings are good but on the salty side. Maybe it’s the sauce or because I like them breaded, but they should lighten up on that salt a little. My favorite is their honey be wings. However, all of the sauces are pretty tasty. This pizza hut is definitely not my favorite one.

Complete waste of money! They delivered 30minutes late and the pizza was cold and ugly. The staff is completely rude, and can’t speak English! They just don’t care for the quality of food they stand by. Never again!

My order arrived 47 minutes late & not even warm! No apologies or anything of the sort were even offered, only excuses. I am SO not amused. Granting the two stars because at least my order was correct this time & they didn’t forget my soda, not sure if I want to waste the money there again though.

The food is good, the wings are awesomely good. The downside is the bad service, i literally live across the street and when i ordered for delivery it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to deliver my pizzas, to top it off they were cold

Despite other reviews I always seem to get exactly what I ordered. I don’t order anything fancy. I am always pleased with my deep crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms with a side of que papas! :) I order online and pick up or have them deliver. I have never had a problem with the workers.

So I went to pizza hut earlier and they make me not want to go back the service SUCKED!!! They all need to be retrained on QUALITYSERVICE!!! They need to be greeting customers and making them feel welcome… Shit I’m paying for the bills that’s the least I expect… I sat on the bench for more than 10 minutes until I got frustrated and started pushing the button nonstop! Lol oh and my buffalo wings weren’t even ready! That’s why I give this place a 2!!! It sucks!!!

Good food obviously cause most of all it is already pre-made. Pastas good as well. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT the service is horrible. Enough said. Damn dickwad cashier over there was being a smart ass and trying to charge me for something that I had ALREADY paid for. Asking for my receipt when they didnt even give me one –_-. Seriously I should’ve asked for that guys name. I am so unsatisfied with their service they need to really evaluate the people they hire.
