I’ve been living here for about four years seen a lot of management come and go but the new management in office especially the guy named Chris is pretty helpful and goes above and beyond to help his tenants thanks Chris for all your good help and your positive input and always having an answer for a questions!

My wife and I have lived here for only 3 months, but have no issues. We had a noisy neighbor above us, but they have calmed down after I spoke with them. We also had an issue with new tenants leaving trash around our building and going up the stairs. When we moved in, the grounds were clean and beautifully landscaped. It still is, but like my wife says, you can’t help who becomes your neighbor in an apartment. We really love it here. Contrary to other reviews, it’s very quiet, we barely see anyone outside unless they are going to or from their car, walking their dog or in the pool. The pool was gross for about a month after we moved in. I guess a pump issue, but they fixed it as fast as they could(being Summer, and all) and now it’s perfectly fine. We don’t use the laundry facility, but the mailboxes are right across from it and it’s always clean as well. I don’t know if they had changed all of the issues prior reviews spoke of within the last few months or if people are really just THAT bothered by things. Reche Ridge is an excellent place to live. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids, only because there really isn’t anywhere for them to play and no parks that I know of in the area either, but I may be wrong. They do offer a dog park, which is good sized and convenient since some of the units, like ours, don’t have patios. We also go for walks at 10pm at night and never hear a single noise or see anyone besides us walking at that time. There are no «creepers». The complex is right on the border of Loma Linda/Colton/Grand Terrace/Redlands and it’s very nice. There are very large/mansion style homes surrounding the backside of the complex, which kind of offers false security. On behalf of management, the crew is really nice and friendly. They listen to concerns and address them swiftly. Overall, this is a great place to call home.

When I first moved in(Nov 2012) it was very good for the price, nice 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for $ 1085. For the price my expectations were set at a fair level. Since the management has taken a dive, the maintenance is terrible, I don’t blame the maintenace man himself, but he is the only one to take care of the entire apartment complex. Very low income people(let’s call it what is is GHETTO) people have been moving in. Some tenets tell me it’s due to section 8 now being accepted. Cars are being broken into, and I have had to call Colton PD twice now. There is a lot of thugs hanging around all hours of the night smoking what I believe to be pot. And if you have a wife, daughter, sister, or girlfriend, plan on them to constantly be hit on by random guys around the apartment. If you want the women in your household to feel safe, walking to and from the car, laundry room, or pool, this is not the place for you. If you do decide to give it a try, have Colton PD’s number on speed dial, and don’t count on management or maintenance to help with anything. I wish I could post a picture of the pool right now, It’s literally GREEN.

I lived here for 1 ½ years some months back and it was pleasant. Very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed my privacy and felt safe. I would have liked for my cabinets and dish washer to be updated but everything was always working well and in good condition. When something went wrong, maintenance was pretty good at fixing things right away. The office staff is friendly and the families living there all mind their own business. I would recommend.
