Although Rock Bottom Towing Inc. has been informed that my van was wrongfully towed, they refuse to return my van unless I pay $ 295 plus storage. I refuse to pay. Instead, I will sue them for fraudulent business practices. Ridiculous company!

I had a great experience here. My tire blew on Plaza and I pulled into the gas station at the corner of Parkwood. One of their techs was there getting gas. He came over and put a little air in my tire to get home and told me to come over to Rock Bottom to fix my tire. All of the guys were very friendly and helpful. I love working local people!

I wish I could give them zero stars. They don’t deserve any! This place is HORRIBLE! $ 400 to take out a car that they took for like 30−40min! That’s ridiculous! And to top it all off they were rude! Hope they hit rock bottom just like the name of their company says! They r robbing people.

Blasphemous this company is even allowed to operate. Scammers. $ 300 to pick up my vehicle when I discovered it was gone not even 10 mins later. Hopeless, pathetic, outrageous. Worst service ever when I got there to pick up my vehicle. In essence, I was robbed. These losers need to go. Period.

My car was parked at my own apartment complex but my parking sticker had peeled off so they had my car towed. I went to get it out the next morning and it was over $ 400 to get it out. Really? That’s ridiculous and should be illegal.
