We worked with Scott Darley to find a home in the Fort Wayne area after he was recommended to us by a good friend. He took them to see nearly 100 homes before they made a decision, so we figured he must be incredibly patient. And he was!
It took about 2 months and 15 homes to find the right house for us (we were looking in very specific neighborhoods). He was very knowledgeable and frequently pointed out issues that we might have overlooked ourselves.
He was very, very helpful when it came to guiding us on negotiating the offer on the house.
