While accent press did have a quick turn around, about 50% of our brochures had been folded poorly. I was willing to look over that since their location was more convenient than the printer we usually us in Jeff City. However, I received a call earlier today(4 months after conducting business with them) about an outstanding invoice. The lady said she had mailed it to our office 2 – 3 times yet I never received anything. We paid our bill when picking up the brochures back in November and even when I emailed the invoice that marked us as paid back to Accent Press, there seemed to be confusion. I called to confirm they had gotten the email an hour after I sent it and I was treated rudely as if I had done something wrong. They claimed they hadn’t received the email. To put it bluntly, they don’t have their shit together.
