Accessible Mobility Center – Columbia

I don’t usually give anyone 5 stars; but I just have to say that I called Accessible Mobility because my previous mobility company had me keep coming back for the same issue with my Dodge van. After spending what I thought was an excessive amount of time and money. I called Accessible Mobility to schedule an appointment. When I arrived I received a warm welcome and was seated in a comfortable waiting area. The technician came to greet me and hear my concerns. He told me what he thought the issue was and then returned after having a chance to look over the van in the shop. Upon his return he indicated to me that in fact my issue was a Dodge factory recall and it would be repaired without any cost to me. I was beyond happy to hear that. He made the repair in no time at all. I wasted so much time over at C.M. and they weren’t even aware of the recall. I now am a Huge Fan of Accessible Mobility Center and encourage anyone looking to buy a wheelchair accessible vehicle or have one repaired to go see Scott and Tyler over there at 832 Dutch Square Blvd. in Columbia. Love these guys! Customer service is excellent and they have the best technician in town. If you’re looking to buy, they have a great selection. If you need repairs, this is the place to go; they’re so good they stay booked for a while so it may be a few days before they can get you in, but they’ll go above and beyond to help you out in an emergency. Best of all, they’re responsive, they’re engaged in the disability community, they understand and care about the needs of disabled drivers, and they will go out of their way to take good care of you.
