Waited over an hour to be seen to price glasses. Several people walked out because they weren’t being helped. Technician relieved several calls and one was an employee. The woman told the employee to take her time that she had it all under control. Once I’m helped the technician goes into the computer and writes down the information from the insurance. Then asks me to look at it as she reads it off to verify she wrote what she was supposed to for various numbers. Why am I checking her work for accuracy. She did this several times. It is not my job to make sure her documentation is accurate. I was already frustrated waiting for over an hour but now I’m triple checking her work??? Beyond frustrated. The only reason I waited was because there was a specific frame I wanted. Otherwise I wouldn’t have waited. The lady is nice but has absolutely no sense of urgency. My insurance is supposed to pay 40% and I picked a pair of glasses that were 220. My lenses were basic single vision with anti glare. The final price she gave me was 400+ and entered it on my insurance to give the price quote then had to void it out. I only gave 2 stars because at least the woman was nice. Otherwise the experience was horrible.
