I took my car in for an oil change and to have a new valve stem for the front tire. I received a phone call 6 hours later from the service writer telling me I needed a $ 1000 air conditioner compressor. I politely declined. Went to pick up my vehicle only to find out they never fixed the tire and didn’t reset the computer for the oil change. I guess they were too busy trying to sell me on the air conditioner they didn’t bother to fix the one thing I asked them to do. I will not deal with this business again

I use Unilocal frequently but don’t post as many reviews as I should. After having an excellent service experience today I had to share it.
I have a Porsche Boxster S with just at 14,000 miles and I was having a vibration issue from the front of my car. The recent new ownership and new mechanics were able to do a road force balance and remount one tire to completely fix the vibration.
I was nervous to bring the car to Firestone rather than the dealer but being so much closer and after talking to the new owner and staff I felt very comfortable that they had the machinery and knowledge to fix the problem. All of the employees seem to be car nuts who care about your car and make sure not to scratch rims or cause other issues.
