I’ve had a great experience w/them over the years. As a property owner I can breathe easy knowing things are taken care of. They contact me when there are emergencies. I am satisfied with the cost of the service. They are pleasant on the phone and are pretty responsive. Though at times in the beginning of our relationship I had hoped for more responsiveness at certain times since it was my first time using a property management company and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall though I am very satisfied with the service I am getting. I have a quality tenant there now through Bluebird for the last 3 years and I am so thankful for that.

I am currently renting and this is the worst experience. Biggest mistake ever in my life. I am currently renting a home in the Highlands and she put my house for rent right now and I didn’t even know about it. I moved in the home that was DIRTY, with MOLD dust, spider webs everywhere and dead flies, stains on carpet, marks on walls, closet door broken sink bathroom clogged. The worst nightmare, she took me as a liar and did not want to clean nothing. Came in my house when I was not there and I didn’t even know about it. She went through paperwork. I am going to court next monday and hopefully this situation can be resolved with a judge. But please don’t make the same mistake. Garage door was malfunctionning and fell on my husband and ended to the hospital.
